Near a Pokemon center of route 202. The man and the Riolu were running on the plains.

The look on the face of the Riolu can be

summarised by just a single word.

Depression.

She was depressed. Not because she got a weird trainer. Also not because she was exhausted, but that her trainer wasn't a human. It's impossible for this thing to be a human.

Her trainer started training with her. They have been training for the past three hours. She was on his back now but that beast was still running. He didn't stop for a second, not even for water. They trained and trained but there wasn't even a single drop of sweat on his face.

She was devastated by this. Didn't the other Pokemon said that humans were weak?

They couldn't even run a 10th of their Pokemon. Then what is this thing? He had been doing this for the past three days and she lost to him in everything. This sense of defeat. This misery made her ashamed. Was she really that weak? To be not even stronger than a weird man? How was she going to be an avenger then.

Hence she tried to train hard but was stopped by him time and time again as she was too small as he said.

*Two hours later*

The man was sitting in a clearing enjoying the light rays of the sun. Even though it was 12:30 pm, the weather was soothing. Sinnoh was really the best region.

His Riolu was held close by his side. You hear right. Held close by his side by a rope.

Why? Well the Riolu wanted to train. She trained really hard. Looks like the Riolu was a masochist. She wanted to train even when her muscles were sprained. She was just a kid. Less than 3 months old.

The Riolu was eating apples with relish. Just like a squirrel. She really was a kid.

"Eat carefully, I have enough to last a month. You can eat as much as you want." The man said the her. She just scoffed at him but hints of happiness can be seen in her eyes.

I am not that wealthy now, but I am also not poor. I still have around 1500 pokedollars left. I brought sprays of all kinds, berries of all kinds, potions of all kinds; I also brought a pokenav and a high tech storage backpack with 26 installments scheme. I also won two simple pokeballs and a Pokemon doll due to my purchase.

I can do league missions to get pokedollars incase I didn't win any money in a fight or my pokemon was not in a good condition. The Pokemon World is great.

The man and his Pokemon were enjoying their time when they suddenly heard noises.

Noises of metal rubbing each other and a brilliant lightning just a little away from the place where they were enjoying their time.

A great battle has occurred.

"What do you think we should do Riolu? Should we go and see what is happening and should we enjoy our time here?"

The man asked his Riolu.

"Rio, rio, lu lu riolu." She replied.

"Ok I don't understand a single word. Let's do this, nod once if you want to see the incident, nod thrice if you want to enjoy our time here."

She nodded once.

The man and his Riolu went to see the situation.

At the clearing, a giant six- armed robot was fighting a Pikachu and Piplup. A beautiful girl was behind the two pokemons coordinating the Piplup.

"Wow! that girl is just, wow!! Wait a minute, a Piplup and a Pikachu fighting a six armed robot. She is Dawn! The cartoon didn't do her justice." Exclaimed the man.

She was literally the most beautiful women he had ever saw. Be it the body or the face. Maybe that's why the cartoon was like that. If they had portrayed this form of her, then it would have become something else entirely.

" Aiya, she needs help and I shall provide it."

said the man valiantly.

The Riolu rolled her eyes. Weren't you the one who didn't want to come here? What happened now? Beast!!

Her thoughts changed at the last moment as the man lifted a 50 kg rock and threw it as hard as he could.

It peirced the robot and went through it.

IT LITERALLY WENT THROUGH IT!!

The Riolu eyes went wide at this sight.

"What happened? Why did your eyes become like pecha berries? Let's go and enjoy our time there once again." The man said as he began to move towards the opposite side of the trio. The Riolu absent minded followed him. The scenes of him attacking the robot was playing in her mind.

They soon reached the place where they were eating before. The place was occupied by a teenager with purple hair.

'looks like he met Ash already, but how dare he occupy my space!'

"Hey Sir, can you sit somewhere else? I was sitting there before you. My essentials are still there as proof."

"Ok." He went away with his Elekid after saying this.

The man looked at his back dumbfounded.

Wasn't this man supposed to be arrogant ad haughty? Where is his arrogance?

The man return from his thoughts after his Riolu pulled his jeans.

'whatever'

They once again started doing there enjoying time.

*One hour later*

"Let's go to Professor Rowan. He said he had a good job for me that requires delivering goods from here to our next location. Shall we go or do you want to rest more." Said the man while lifting the Riolu on his shoulder. If you need something just say so.

One man one pokemon went to wards the professor's lab.
