I am back and Treeck a Treecko

The Pokemons looked at Sky. Sky looked at them. They looked at each other. A weird moment was created among them.

"Right 😌 now."

Sky said while signalling Darkrai to release the Haunter.

"Yo buddy, listen to me~

For I will help you, for free~

I just need your assistance, for these kiddo~

For I am a great training sicko~

Huh, it doesn't rhyme up so fight these guys, if you win, I will let you leave, if you lose, tell us everything that you know and we will let you free. Or you can die right now."

The Haunter looked at the weird human who acted unpredictably.

It still didn't understood what the heck was the purpose of the first part of the human's sentences but he had an general idea of what the human was implying.

"Haunt haunterrr Haunter."

Haunter said to the Darkrai, who relayed the message to Sky.

"Haunter wants to know if what you said can be trusted." [Raven]

Sky looked at the Haunter and replied,"Do you have a choice?"

Haunter looked at him and shook its head in a very human-like manner. Its actions telling its answer.

"Then prepare the ring. This is an unofficial gym match of Sky, hosted by your favourite referee of all times! Sky aka me!"

"The rules are the same as the gym matches. The challengers Riolu, Absol, Treecko and Gabite are going to challenge the defender, Haunter."

"It will be a four to one fight with the one who knocked out first to lose. The winner will get the rewards depending on which side they are, Haunter will gain freedom and rookie team will get their prestige back. Let's see who wins in this completely one sided brawl. Betting is allowed."

"I bet nineteen cans of poffin on Haunter."

"And with that, let's start the match."

Five minutes later.

The Pokemons marked a rough looking gym battleground and both the sides were ready for battle.

As for why it took them five minutes to start, it was to let the Haunter recover, mark the battle area, prepare the bets and lastly for Sky to recover from his burnt state and change his clothing.

He was still crispy when he announced the start of the battle, now he was smooth, his new skin was.

Raven(Alamos town's Darkrai) was standing/floating (?) as the second referee to stop the battle of any of them was gravely injured.

Sky needed the Haunter for extra information and the safety of his Pokemons wasn't something he would bet on. Hence he appointed Raven as the secondary referee.

Froslass and Mimikyu were sitting on each side of his shoulders and the Porygon Z were trying to decode the communicator of Pryce for more inside information.

[Sorry for the bad battle scenarios as I haven't written one for nearly a year.]

The battle had started and both the sides are in a staredown with each other.

[The battle is narrated by Sky.]

The fires in their eyes is easily perceivable. It's like a meeting of two intense lovers in a rainy night and no place to stay. So miserable yet so exciting. So what would they do? Would they open up and do the deed? Would they find a place to sit? Would they do it?

Riolu threw a small rock at Sky.

"Rio Rio Riooo. Rio lu Riooo."

She said while pointing at Sky and got attacked by the Haunter.

"She is saying to stop that annoying commentary, it's disturbing." [Raven]

"Ohhh." [Sky]

[Here's how the situation goes by the third person's POV]

The Pokemons of both the side were looking at each other while on full alert. Both the sides were waiting for the other to start so they can counterattack. Sky was saying some annoying things in the background and finally Riolu snapped and threw a rock on him.

That exact moment, Haunter threw a shadow ball at her at breakneck speed followed by a poison smog to hide himself.

Gabite signalled at Teecko and immediately used dig to hide. While the Absol jumped up from her place because she was going to be attacked by shadow claw from Haunter who appeared behind her.

Riolu by that time got up from the attack and attacked Haunter with quick tackle [Tackle+Quick attack] which Haunter obviously dodged only to be hit by a leaf blade from above him.

Gabite also attacked with dig at that moment from the ground forcing Haunter in a three way pincer attack as Absol also used night slash.

Haunter was hit by all of their attacks and backed down in the smog area that he created while using poison missile to stop the other Pokemons in their pursuit.

All the Pokemons scattered to dodge the poison missile attack and hence had to stop their pursuit of Haunter.

Haunter increased the smog and used hypnosis on Gabite while attacking with Confusion on Treecko. Both were not unable to battle properly and attacked the other Pokemons with Flamethrower and Giga Drain.

He had realised that these two were the stronger Pokemons among the others.

Now he had to take care of just two of the weaker ones and he would be free.

On the other hand, Absol once again dodged the Flamethrower of Gabite and attacked with slash.

While Riolu was having trouble with Treecko's leaf blade and bullet seed.

Both of them were dodging their partners-turned-enemies with difficulty.

"Absol change your enemy with Riolu, Riolu copy Gabite's Flamethrower and attack Treecko, Absol restrain Treecko."

Sky ordered while looking at the interesting soap opera battle.

Both Absol and Riolu followed his advice and did as he told.

Absol immediately went towards Teecko with Night slash and quick attack while Riolu immediately used Copycat on the Gabite and used the Flamethrower on Treecko.

Treecko took the night slash head on while used Absol as a meat shield to survive the Flamethrower while attacking at her with a point blank Energy ball.

"My strategy wasn't wrong okay, you guys have low teamwork."

Sky added in the background.

Absol was out and now only Riolu, Treecko and Gabite remained in the team while the Haunter was recovering from the previous attacks with a smile.

Haunter's smile broke as Treecko got out of the confusion and attacked Gabite with a combo of Leaf blade, Energy ball and bullet seed and Giga Drain to recover herself.

Riolu was unable to act at first but then understood the situation and also attacked Gabite with an Vaccum wave and Energy Ball.

Poor Gabite was out of the match.

"And now it's two vs one. 34 cans of poffins on Treecko."

The three Pokemons ignored the nonsense of Sky and stood in stalemate.

Treecko and Riolu because they didn't know exactly where Haunter was in the Smog and Haunter because it was trying to save his strength to later escape from Sky.

"Treecko, follow your mind, Riolu follow Treecko."

Sky finally said and Treecko immediately bombarded the area with Bullet seed, Riolu copied her and did the same.

The moment the Bullet seed hurt Haunter, Riolu got it's location through her hearing and informed Treecko who didn't waste any time and started charging her final attack.

Since the Haunter was going to give them an opportunity to attack, she will gladly take it!

The Haunter immediately understood what they were going to do and got out of the Smog to attack Treecko with a shadow claw and shadow ball combo which failed as Riolu used Protect in front of Treecko.

[Don't know if Protect can take two attacks on the same time. Let me know if it can't and I will change it.]

Due to the sunny weather, Treecko was able to use the final attack aka Solar Beam at a faster rate and attacked Haunter without giving it a chance to escape.

Haunter was enveloped in the Solar Beam but survived the attack only to be attacked again by the Solar Beam of Riolu.

In a split second that Haunter got between the attacks, It used curse of Riolu and a double knock out happened.

"The fight has ended and Treecko is the Winner!"

"136 cans of poffins for her."

Sky began clapping at the performance of Treecko and Mimikyu imitated him.

Froslass just looked coldly while Raven dragged the injured Riolu to the other injured Pokemon.

Porygon Z had also achieved their purpose somewhat and Treecko looked at Sky.

"Good job dear. I did the right choice by choosing you and you made me realise an important thing. Double the poffins for you."

Treecko bombarded Sky with Bullet seeds as well. She then cooly walked towards her poffins.

Throughout the fight, he was saying disturbing and annoying things which made the fight far harder than it was.

He deserved it.

"Aahh, My Pokemons love me."

Sky said while changing his clothes as it got torn apart in the Bullet seeds.

As for the holes in his body...

"They will heal in no time."
