Miyahara covered his ears from the shout, meanwhile, his siblings sprinted towards his bed and began to rumble on along the lines of 'Are you alright?!' to 'Do you remember anything?!' and into 'Did you do something scandalous?!'. The last one made him glare at his middle brother directly in the eye which garners a squeak from him. Not long the doctor along with a few nurses rush in right behind the group of siblings and moved them aside by the nurses while the doctor checks his status.
"Your heart rate is at normal levels, blood pressure is alright. Can you please sit up?" Miyahara does what the doctor asked as he put the stethoscope on his backside on the area of his lungs. "Breath in" Miyahara took a deep breath and exhaled once the doctor said so, and repeated with the other side, once they were finished they put the stethoscope away and told Miyahara to lie down. "Good news, your lung isn't damaged or pierced, no fracture, no anything except the bruise on your chest." The doctor cleared his throat and muttered something to the nurse. "Currently, even though your test results are all good you'll still need to stay in the hospital for a few days for observation." The doctor said some pleasantries before standing up to leave the room.
"Eldest Brother, are you alright!" the group of brats seeing the doctor leave surrounded Miyahara's bed while the nurse who was tasked with checking the IV bag left and closed the door for their privacy. 'Here we go.' Miyahara thought before releasing a silent sigh and looking towards his siblings and stretched his hand, placing it near his sister and his middle brothers' faces before pinching their ears hard and pulling them. "WHY ARE THE 2 OF YOU HERE!? IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY YOU HAVE SCHOOL TODAY!!!" Miyahara yelled as he kept pulling their ears and them begging him to stop it, and taking note of his appearance looks like a comedic scene.
[Ding! Host inner space in now active]
The sudden notification of the system made him freeze before letting go of their ears lying down on the bed sighing. "You brats get out, I need to rest." He said silently before pretending to close his eyes watching his youngest sibling pat the others back trying to soothe them as they leave. 'Finally, those brats left.' Miyahara thought inwardly as he looked in front of him. "Hey, system What's the inner space function?" A panel popped up in front of him.
[Host, the inner space is divided into 2 planes. One for the swarm units and one for the Zelturian units, with large enough land and resources to fit tens of thousands of people. Although the two planes are different from each other with one a large jungle biome for the Swarm and a mountainous biome for the Zelturian because the host is only able to use the emergency production function all units created will be a weakened version until the necessary facilities of both units are built, and before host asks on how to upgrade buildings and units is via research.]
Miyahara nodded at the explanation and insight of the system and began to digest some of the information before a light bulb lit up on top of his head and looked on his panel. 'System show me my status.' He thought and not long a chime sounded and a small message box appeared meanwhile the first panel disappeared.

Another panel appeared and on it was his information and other functions. 'I knew that reading those novels was useful at some point.' He inwardly thought as he comically shed a tear with a smile before looking towards the status panel and began to read it.

Miyahara froze on the race as his breathing quickened and his eyes dilated. "I-I-I'm half-human." His mind became a jumbled mess as thought after thought, idea after idea passed his mind as he began to panic and thought of many assumptions of his origin. "I'm half-human does that mean one of my parents..." He was unable to finish his sentence as his head throbbed with pain and made him whimper, holding his head trying not to shout.
[Ding! It is detected that the host is under mental collapse, the system has taken upon itself to send the host to his inner space.]
After the system message sounded, like a bolt of lightning Miyahara felt his consciousness slowly fade as his vision blur and darkness encroached. He hears the door open, he habitually looked towards it, his face contorted as the pain intensified. He hears someone shout but before he can understand it his vision blackened as he entered the inner space of the system.
A moment later...
In a clearing near a large lake lay Miyahara wearing his hospital gown with his eyes closed while a butterfly landed on one of his darkish brown hair as birds tweeted by. Suddenly, his eyes burst open as he took a deep breath as he sat up and clenched his chest with his right hand while his left hand held his head. 'Wha...' as he collected his thoughts a chime was heard and he subconsciously looked towards the message panel.
[Host, welcome to the inner space currently you are in the plane of the Swarm for the time being.]
"Urgh!" Miyahara turned over and crouched on all fours before vomiting out his guts. After a few seconds, he shakingly stood up and stumbled towards the lake. He kneels and splashes his face with the water a couple of times before looking at his reflection.
His appearance looked like a 12 or 13-year-old child with shoulder-length darkish brown hair, a pair of sky blue eyes glowed, and his skin fair and smooth. His mouth pursed as he narrowed his eyes. "System...what am I." He asked hesitantly as his pursed lips trembled.

Miyahara waited and waited and yet the system did not answer, he clenched his fist so hard his nails pierced his nail as blood seeped out.
He gritted his teeth and slowly stood up. 'If you won't answer me, I'll find it out on my own.' He inwardly thought before he looked around noting the tall trees laden with vines scattered all over its trunk and hanged from the branches. 'Hmm...I guess I should experiment on the units this time.' He thought, even though he despised the system a little for not answering his question he admits that he needs it if he wants to protect his family from all kinds of danger.
[Ding! Host, just to inform you that the resources here are limited and if used too much will cause an impact on the ecosystem and will take time to refill the resources using bioenergy points as its source.]
'Now you speak.' He thought despite it, his eye ever so slightly twitch. He sighed and dismissed his annoyance before opening the emergency panel pressing on the Swarm's button. Another panel shows up with the information of the [Hunter] unit before pressing it once. 'Huh?' A rift appeared near him, the size a normal adult can pass through, Miyahara noticed that a large egg with a measurement of 2 meters and a width of 36.7 cm like a typical person, looked like with a thin membrane from the top and hard tough bottom with thick roots the length and width of a normal arm spread around it. With the sun at the peak, it made the egg look transparent and the Hunter inside squirmed. [To inform the host, the egg is currently in its hatching phase summoning swarm units in the emergency production panel will automatically turn them into the hatching phase until the host can summon the queen. In essence, the Hunter unit is like a worker gathering resources for the swarm, constructing dens and nests, or even in some cases evolve into different variants.] As the system explained, the egg started to squirm and wriggle with tears appearing around it.
Not long a long arm burst from the side as a low screeched sounded before retracting and grabbing the edge of the membrane before three more arms grab the edge of the membrane as the Hunter squirmed out of the no large hole before it put its arms on the ground and smoothly got out of the egg with its body filled with slime.
It looked to the sky with its long arms holding itself up and released a low screeched towards the sky with a low rumble and its tendril-like tails waved in the air like seaweed with its broadhead that looked like a canine-like skull covered or more like merged, its face with its jagged teeth showing as it chittered and moaned before looking towards Miyahara and going down on all six limbs and crawled towards its master.
Miyahara looking at the [Hunter] crawling towards him with its tails weaving around the air noticing the bone spurs and a stinger-like barb on the tip of each tail. 'So this is a [Hunter].' He thought before raising his hand and rubbing its slimy but rough head. 'Feels like I'm petting a hairless dog but the armor is rough and feels like normal bullets won't work against it.' With half-closed eyes, he raised his other hand towards the panel and pressed the summon unit button at least 50 or more times like 50 or so rifts opened in the clearing as the tendril of the egg dug down once it touched the ground. He looked towards the Bio-energy.

[Congratulations, host for completing a hidden task!] A panel suddenly opened in front of him, but instead of the normal blue, it was purple. Miyahara was curious about the change but focused his eyesight on the text.

Miyahara was surprised at the rewards given to him, with it he pressed on the swarm units and the nest. Three panels showing the new unlocked units and building of the swarm faction.
One panel showed the swarm unit called [Enroacher], it showed a huge elongated worm with at least the same amount of centipede's legs with each had thin hairs on each leg. Its body is covered with thick chitin armor. Its part where the mouth was had an extendable sucker filled with mandibles dripping with saliva as it made a sucking motion, and Miyahara looking into it more noticed more claw-like jagged teeth. Its front legs near the head were dripping with a green substance on the blade-like legs. Showed its information and skills under it with an exception of a glowing purple on some of the skills.

Miyahara was surprised by the notice and also interested in at least three skills, mainly Mental distortion, Mental control, and Drone creation because each has a purple star on them, Miyahara pressed the skill info button as a new panel appeared. 'Hey, system, why is it all the levels of the Enroacher unit skills are all at level 1 whilst the Hunter has different levels?'
[To answer the host, the current Hunters are produced through emergency production and are already a weakened version but to balance the scale the system has randomly distributed skill levels to aid the host in the beginning.]

As its name suggests, the Enroacher unit can only construct fortified versions of the buildings related to the swarm faction.
[Planter]:
The Enroacher unit can create and plant seeds that have been consumed for a continuous supply of bioenergy.
[Primal Hunger]:
Enroacher unit can devour metal alloy to titanium alloy, the time given depends on the kind of alloy. Raw iron ore can be devoured in 5 to 6 hours before being turned into a purple-ish liquid mixed with nutrients.
{Swarm unit Enhancement 50%}
[Bio-engeneer]:
Enroacher unit can be turned into Illithix unit and research necessary evolution for the swarm.
Notice: Nest needed to be built to unlock Illithix unit
[Silk control]:
Enroacher unit can create super-thin silk and control, it also can be used as a trap or a medium to control anything that is held to it.
Notice: Limit of control is 3 bodies per unit and at least a 500-meters of reach
[Hardened Armor]:
With the chitin armor covering all of its body, with the help of the racial skill the armor of the enroacher is now buffed to a significant degree of 6% if activated.
Notice: Once the armor is broken it will take at least half of the day to fix or a 3% chance of being unrepairable.
[Drone creation]:
The Enroacher unit can lay eggs of a limit of 40 per unit to give birth to a Drone unit that has a hatching time of 3-5 hours. Drones have an image similar to a spider but instead of the bulging cephalothorax, it is covered with 9, 8 feet long, spiked tendrils with a stinger dripping with poison at each tip.
Notice: to see more information on the Drone unit, the Nest is needed to unlock it and a Hatchery is to be made once built for the laying of eggs.
[Mind-over-matter]:
The enroacher unit can use their mind to attack the mind of enemies or manipulate them into fighting each other. It can also use telekinesis, with a radius of 60 meters, to attack, build, support, etc. The skill also has a passive skill to read the mind of the target and even feel the target's emotion.
Notice: Enroacher unit can be exhausted if used too much in a single day, the host can upgrade the skill to lengthen the usage of the said skill.
[Sonic Echo]:
The unit can use the skill to alert nearby units of intruders or a signal to be used in battle. radius is at least 5 km
Reading the racial skills of the enroacher, Miyahara thinks that they're like a mobile support unit in a game he had played years ago. 'Now, looking at the skills and notice, it seems this unit is a support type mixed with a range type. If used properly they can be the backbone of the group at the beginning.' Miyahara Thought inwardly holding his chin while swiping down on the next skill info.

[Mental distortion]:
This skill can make target/s turn on each other, turn insane, Have a 20% chance to mutate into a monster, Deceive the target's perception, Has a 2% chance of turning into an AoE.
[Mental control]:
The skill gives a 60% chance of taking control of the target's mind or over their body. The skill is also fortified with the [Mind-over-matter] skill making the Enroacher take less damage from mental or soul-type attacks.
[Energy absorbtion]
The Enroacher unit can absorb energy be it solar, lunar, nuclear, chemical, geothermal energies, any damage taken by these energies can be absorbed and lessen or even nullify the damage.
[Acid breath]:
The Enroacher is able to breathe out condensed air mixed with acidic properties, this breath can only be stopped by higher-level metals or an energy shield.
[Paralysis breath]:
Like [Acid breath] skill, it can condense air mixed with paralysis but unlike the other skill, it can turn into a condensed ball of liquid to inject into water sources or the meat without any taste and smell.

Miyahara was surprised at the description of the two purple star skills unlike the other purple starred skill. He sighed and popped up his status panel towards the bioenergy points [642/200].
He thought it through for a few moments before buying at least 10 Enroacher units, leaving him with 392 bio-energy points. 10 large eggs near the same height as a 12-year-old child, Miyahara looked towards them and noted that their egg color was reddish mixed with some orange veins. While looking at one of the Enroacher eggs, the Hunters were using their tendrils to dig them up and wrap them around it while the others were quickly digging a huge deep pit and the ones that were holding the egg planted them on it with some using their ability [Black liquid] to build a small nest on the pit to nurture the eggs.
Miyahara watched on as the last egg was planted before turning to the now idle workers. Thinking for a few seconds, he had an idea before looking towards the forest behind him with a smile. "All Hunters, Go and collect resources but make sure not to do it too much." He ordered with his right arm stretched forward pointing to the forest, after saying the order the Hunters screeched to the sky and each other before going on all fours and sprinting towards the forest splitting up into different groups of 5 and leaving 2 groups to protect the temporary nest.
Miyahara smiled at this kind of communication and can be easily compared to the Spec ops unit. Miyahara looked towards the forest again, faintly hearing screeched of the hunters, howls, and groans of animals with a few trees in the distance noticeably shaking. 'These Hunters are good, looks like I need to experiment more on them along with the Enroacher unit.' He thought about it before looking at the pit and the patroling Hunters. 'Hm...Now that I think about it, didn't I have another swarm unit unlocked?' He looked at the space in front of him before opening the reward panel and pushing on the [Parasite]
unit.
A green panel popped up showing the status of the parasite unit. The color of the panel manages to surprise Miyahara a little before he thought that the color of the panel may depend on either their tier or rarity. He opened the panel full and was surprised a second time noting it had 4 purple stars and 1 red star.
The parasite looked like a giant worm the size of a shoe with its lower part slimmer and had spiked growing on its back, it had 5 long claw-like legs on the front glinting like a sharp dagger on its head was also arrow-like with the legs on the upper front. Each leg was slim and covered in thick spiked carapace with some sparsely distributed on the body, it has 2 green eyes on each side of the head while under the head was a gaping maw split into three parts with a tentacle tongue with 4 tendrils spread on the side. It had small stub-like legs one on each side to hold up the body.

Miyahara read the panel properly, but before he can press the skill info, the rustling of bushes took his attention from it. 'Hm? What's that?' Miyahara thought that it was probably a herbivore but that was taken down once the 2 groups of Hunters formed up behind him chittering and hissing towards the bush, their tendril-like tails flowing like waves.
Miyahara suddenly thought of seeing the combat of these Hunters with his own eyes. A moment later, the bushes parted showing at least 20-25 wolves moving towards them snarling. "Wolves? Hmm...If you think about it, Hunters are a lot like wolves" Miyahara thought before slowly backing away into the backline of the 2 groups and stopping at least 3 meters away from the pit. "Time to test out these Hunters combat ability personally." He said out loud before raising his hand straight up before doing a chopping motion. "Attack!"
As He shouted the Hunters screeched with some chittering and pounding the ground with their upper tendrils before charging to the group of wolves on all fours, same with the other side sprinting forward.
The speeds of the two sides are significantly different with one side being faster than the other, as the two sides about to collide the leading Hunter stopped while the others kept going as it roared to the sky echoing before resumed the charge. Miyahara was curious at the act but dispelled the thought thinking it might be similar to a war horn.
Not long, the 2 sides collided with the Hunter side managing to kill 4-6 wolves using either their upper tendril to stab or wrap the tendril on their necks before using the momentum to pull up the body snapping its neck. The other Hunters stood up and slashed their claws on some charging wolves leaving a huge deep gash but still stood up growling while some never stood up again from the wound. 'These HUnters are insane!' Miyahara thought as he watched 2 hunters using their tendrils to stab at least 4 wolves that were nearest to them and another one stabbed one of its claws deep into a darkish gray wolf towards the neck and ripping the head off.
Seeing this, Miyahara didn't feel like he was sick to his stomach as he watched the slaughter. "Hm?' He noticed that a big wolf was looking towards him its gaze felt like it was glaring towards him. Miyahara was about to order something from a nearby Hunter, but before he can the large wolf howled and the wolves near it began to turn around and sprint into the forest along with the following wolves.
It stares towards Miyahara with its bright hazel eyes unmoving, one of the Hunters near it prepared to whip it with its tendril before it can Miyahara raised his hand, making the Hunter stop its motion. Miyahara returned the stare to it with confidence.
The stare lasted a few minutes before its ears suddenly pointed upwards and moved its head to look towards the forest, before looking at Miyahara and sprinting towards what Miyahara assumed was the direction of its pack. Miyahara breathes out a sigh he was holding the entire time before looking at a Hunter. "Try to call back to others, go quickly." The Hunter chittered before sprinting towards the east with one more hunter tailing it.
Miyahara looked at the nest then began to think of a design for the practical nest. 'If I leave the nest in this state it's no surprise it'll attract predators, How bout we try making it deeper underground with tunnels all over the place.' Before he can think of a more defendable design in his head the system popped up with a message.

Miyahara re-read the building available while raising his brows on the last one, he wanted to press the information page of the unit but the present prompts he had in front of him suddenly closed and a huge window prompt appeared.
"What the fuck?" Reading it, Miyahara widened his eyes as they trembled, He clenches his fist while gritting his teeth. "What is the meaning of this system?" He said through gritted teeth.
[Host, it is time you know of the main task given to you and their objectives, and soon you will return to the physical world.]
"But...This is absurd." Miyahara blurted out as he stared into the window prompt, he swallowed the lump in his throat. On the window prompt, it had a magenta color with bold capital letters.
