The next day, when Ivy went to school, she felt like everyone was giving her weird looks. She saw people looking at her, pointing fingers and talking about her. There was even disgusted looks directed towards her.
'Oh... shoot. Did they find out. Am I exposed so quickly. Damn man, this is the last year and I had to get caught. *Sigh* Whatsever. I deal with it as it comes. Let's see how I can get out of it.' Avi thought to herself as she tried to figure out ways to minimize the effect while all along, she got that look.
When Ivy entered the classroom, Sam came rushing towards her, bear hugging her.
''Are you okay? You know you don't have to worry about such things. It will all pass in a breeze.''
''I'm okay Sam. Don't worry. I thought you guys might also...''
''Feel angry? Can't say I'm not. How could you hide such a huge thing from me. I feel betrayed. But, wow girl. You turned out be a silent killer.''
''I... Hehe..'' Ivy didn't know how to react at the moment because she really didn't expect Sam to accept everything so well. Afterall, if someone was to be offended, it should be Sam, Jake, Owen and Lyle. They were the ones she was closest to out here. So she thought... Whatever. Since she is accepting everything so calmly, why think about all the otherwise.
''Shoot. Since when were you two together? How long has it been? How did you even meet? I want all the details.'' Sam asked eagerly after she quickly sat Ivy down in her seat.
But Ivy's brain backflipped. What the hell is this girl talking about?
''What do you mean when did we meet and for how long? Who am I supposed to meet?''
''Don't give that 'I'm innocent look'. Everyone out here knows what I am talking about. Right guys?''
It was only now that Ivy realized that it wasn't just Sam who was eager. Her classmates were as well.
THEY WERE ALL FOCUSED ON HER!
''Hold your horses. I really don't understand. What's going on?''
''*Sigh* I really thought we were bestfriends. How can you act like this with me. Alright then. Since you don't understand, let me get you to understand.''
Sam pulled out her phone and showed the post to Ivy.
When Ivy looked at the photos, she couldn't help but feel shocked.
''When did this happen?'' Ivy shouted as she scrolled down the comments.
''Girl, can you get out of your books and take a look at what's really happening around you? You were scolded so harshly yet you didn't know. That's kinda good, I admit, but you should atleast know what's going on in your life. How can you not know when something so big happened?''
