23. Sister in law

''Twin?'' The whole class exploded with that one word before each one had their own question.

''As in not that born on the same day but-"

''But stayed in the same womb one?''

''As in, from the same father and mother, twin?''

''As in having the same blood, twin?''

''As in the result of the same workout, twin?''

As soon as the last person spoke that out, who was also the one who was previously excited about seeing Ivy get mad, everyone looked at him weirdly.

''What? I know I didn't phrase my words in a better manner but... but... but that's the only way to put my thought into words for me alright? That's the best my brain could do.''

Everyone faceplamed as they thought, 'what kind of workout did your parents do to make you?'

But after getting over from Leo's pea sized brain, everyone looked at Ivy to get their answer.

''Yes, he is my twin. As in from the same womb with the same mother and father.'' Ivy said slowly but surely to get her words registered in their brains.

''But you two have different-"

''Hair colour. Yup. But that's because I took my father's black hair while Avi took mom's blonde. So, are you clear now?''

''So it was all a misunderstanding all along?''

''That's why you shouldn't beleive whatever is said. You need solid proof before jumping into any kind of conclusion.'' Sam jumped in as she shoulder hugged Ivy.

''Well, since he is not your boyfriend anymore, why don't you introduce him to me?''

''Ivy, don't listen to her. You should totally introduce your twin to me. I can buy you lunch everyday for it.'' The later sentence was said in a whisper but was caught onto by everyone.''

''Who cares about a silly lunch. Ivy, I'll do all your homeworks. Introduce him to me.''

''Does she need anyone to do her homework? What an idiot. Ivy, we all know how difficult a sister in law can be. She might just sabotage the relation between brothers and sisters. But I will do all your bidding and you will be the boss at home if I become your sister in law. What do you say. Why don't you help me?''

The girls of the classroom stated reasons upon reasons to try to get Ivy's help in getting Avi. It reached to a point that Ivy regretted changing. If she was still like before, she would have loved to take those offers on. Afterall, who likes homework. Who doesn't like free food. Who doesn't like a few more helpers. Alas... *sigh* it wasn't in her fate.
