Lyle Wilson is a 17 year old student at West High. With his God like looks coupled with that brilliant brain of his, he is considered as the hunk of West High. As a typical hunk, he is the best at everything he does, with girls flocking around him, waiting to be noticed. But the one who really captures his eyes are those eyes behind that gold rimmed glasses, that girl behind those oversized clothes.

Ivy Gracia is a 17 year old student at West High. She is the type who would put her everything into studying but unlike what's expected, she isn't the topper of her class. Infact, she ranks just above average no matter how hard she tries. But, she isn't the hated nerd. She is liked for her simplicity, just like she wanted. 
She doesn't talk back. She doesn't fight. She doesn't drink or use substance. All her works are submitted on time. She doesn't bunk and has her attendance as a hundred percent. And she doesn't even use dirty slangs. She is that really simple girl. She is as her classmates quote, 'the simple girl from the book.' She is just too simple to be true.



But that isn't the case for everyone. While Ivy tries her best to hide the wildness behind that pair of glasses and oversized clothes, Lyle just seems to see through her.

Why doesn't he let her end her highschool like she wants to? He didn't notice last year when she came, so what exactly went wrong this time?

Now who can tell her that Lyle had actually seen the 'real' her behind that seemingly 'simple' her?

''Sister Ivy!'' A small girl around three to four years old shouted in her childish voice as soon as she saw Ivy. She was dressed in a pink dress with a butterfly clip on her head. Her blue eyes were especially big on that small face of hers but that made her look especially cute.


''Awww... My pretty Azu... We're you waiting for me?'' Ivy said as she handed the small bags she had to Lyle who was already carrying a few large one. Then she proceeded to hug the small kid and pick her up.


''I wash waiiting pho you.'' The cute child said as she hugged Ivy's neck. 


''Aww... Give me a kiss.'' Avi said as she pushed her right cheek towards Azu.


Azu made a kissing sound as she kissed Ivy.


Still hugging Azu, Ivy turned to the person standing a little further away.


''Since when were you so polite. Urg...'' Jasmine said making a disgusted face before both the girls burst into laughter. Jasmine's eyes then shifted towards Lyle and she winked at Ivy with a teasing smile.


''No... That's not it. He is just a friend. My school mate as well as a family friend. His family came over for like a bonding session and then Azu called so I was asked to show him around while at it.'' Ivy quickly explained as she didn't even take a break to get a breather.


''Alright alright... Chill. Take a breath. Yes. Like that. In and out. In and out.'' Jasmile said as she motioned with her hands when she asked Ivy to breathe.


Was being his girlfriend so bad that she had to explain it too quickly to even catch a breath.


''Well... you never were this flustered when explaining about others? Infact, you never cared to explain. Why is it different today? Or is it that...'' The way Jasmine eyed the two of them was so very suggestive.


''I told you no. Now let's go in. I bet the other kids are waiting as well.''


Ivy hurried inside as if her tail was on fire.


On the side, Lyle felt much better after knowing that she was treating him differently. 


That was more than enough for him to be happy for the rest of the day.
