Aroon already made up his mind. Using his arrows here wouldn't help at all. It was doing fine at first, but now he was getting trapped in between three monsters.
If he didn't exit this trap now, he would be done for.
However to do so he needed to sacrifice something. The worm monster was well known for its brutality and sturdy body.
Even with such a deep wound, Aroon doubted he would be able to escape. He couldn't dream of killing one of the giant worms here.
Not when he was pressured by two others from two different sides.
As he took his position and shouted at the others to alarm them, he started to move.
He ran over the surface of his giant ballistae before reaching the edge. And there he simply jumped and held both hands high in the air.
And in his mind, he imagined something.
The broad sword he used to summon.
But this time he imagined it so much bigger and wider, enough to threaten this worm monster.
"Roar!"
