Team Jiraiya in another world

The -majority of- events take place in the world of "Avatar the last airbender" where Jiraiya, Nagato, Yahiko and Konan get reborn after their death in "Naruto Shippuden". After the Avatar vanished, they have to maintain the balance of this world in order to avoid that the world is swallowed by war. Can the four shinobi stop the Fire Nation from their attempt to rule over the world?
