Clearly, the entire family was shocked by Melissa's response. However, there are still many questions posed by the Henderson family and their friend Chloe.
Moving forward in time we find that Edward and Sofia felt upset, since they do not believe in anything that has to do with apparitions, spirits, ghosts and things like that.
However, Melissa's parents are totally tormented. Because they do not know how to approach the situation that the girl is presenting. Meanwhile, Mrs. Adela and Chloe intervene and apologize before starting. since they understand that the situation that Melissa presents only concerns her parents.
But Adela and Chloe feel they have a lot to say, to help Melissa.
Mrs. Adela intervenes and says:
- Before making any decision, it is worth asking yourself if it is worth investigating the history of the Hamilton Family and looking for information to see if they can find a solution to the problem. Nor can the possibility of seeking professional help be ruled out, that is, I mean that Melissa should be reviewed by a psychologist and a psychiatrist. I apologize if I am harsh in saying these things, but we must take into account all the elements that can help my dear granddaughter.
Mrs. Adela, tries to be as careful as possible when talking about some aspects since, she knows that Edward and Sofia, do not believe in spirits or anything like that.
Then Chloe also intervenes saying:
- Well, I am of the humble opinion that you should inquire more about what happened in the past with the Hamilton family. Since on successive occasions, I have heard many stories related to those events. In addition, I have in my possession a book that talks about investigations carried out by a man who lived in this town called Abraham. He in his book assures that the Hamilton children needed help so that they could climb to the other plane.
Edward and Sofia thank Mrs. Adela and Chloe for their intervention and also acknowledge the important support they are giving them. In that sense, the Henderson spouses state that they are a great family; therefore they must stay together as it should be.
After having made that conversation, Edward asks Melissa, when she talks to the children who are her friends:
Melissa responds:
- Right now they are here with us, but they do not speak so that you do not listen to them, because they believe that you do not love them and they do not want to lose my friendship.
Then Melissa speaks again and turns to her grandmother, saying:
- Grandma I love you very much and I know you want to help me, but let me tell you that I do not need a psychologist or a psychiatrist. - Seeing the intelligence of the girl, all surprised laugh -
Then Edward continues inquiring with Melissa and asks her:
- Are they with you all the time or do they only visit you from time to time?
Melissa answers:
- When they are not playing with me, they rest on a tombstone in the garden.
Immediately Edward tells Melissa to take them to see the tombstone.
Melissa responds:
- I can take them, but now they are scared because they think you don't love them and I don't want to hurt them, because they have suffered a lot. At that moment Melissa starts crying. - Then, Edward, moved by the little girl's gesture of love, hugs her.
Then he says:
- Do not worry Melissa; tell your friends that we are not going to hurt him. Rather, tell them that we, your family, are going to help them.
We better leave to go tomorrow, since the day is propitious, for being the weekend.
