I didn't think Konoha would be this big, or maybe it's just that my sense of direction didn't get any better.


After some walking around and some weird looks, probably because of my skin, I can't blame them (I don't have the strength to do that), we are in war state, making me suspicious, well anyway I arrived to the orphanage.


There was a receptionist, she was reading some novel, maybe I should write one, how about a parody of Harry Potter, I can become the riche- *ahem*, she didn't even look, [shit another kid], she then looked at me [this one will be useful to lord Danzo], as I thought this whole thing is a façade to recruit kids into the root.


Her breath was reeking alcohol, and with a seemingly sweet voice, "What's your name sweetie?"


"Yes my mom taught me before *snif* she went on a dangerous mission, she said she will come back but she *snif* never did", who would be heartless enough to not feel anything.


[Can't all these kids stop telling me about their dead parents, so annoying], "don't worry,  you are safe here" she then hold my hand, is she really heartless, my story was supposed to make her cry.


"Let's meet your new friend", she took me to a small room where a kid, whose hair was orange and spiky with a plain dress, was on her bed, she was talking to a bird?, people in this world are strange, "this is Kuroki she is a bit older than you, but I wish you can become friends, I m gonna let you chi-chat ok?", she didn't wait for a reply and went away.


Kuroki was still murmuring to her bird, [wonderful a new roommate, all of the others thought that I am crazy, because they can't talk to my friends], why would I think she is crazy, I knew people who thought of their pets as babies, I could also read the thoughts of the bird [poor Kuroki everyone thinks she is crazy because she can understand us], she can talk with them, I can read their thoughts, there is not much of a difference, for the moment I m just gonna befriend her, as I said before I am against any form of bullying u̶n̶l̶e̶s̶s̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶b̶e̶n̶e̶f̶i̶t̶s̶ ̶m̶e̶.
