"...so, you want to acquire Reality's fundamentals as quickly as possible... hm?"
Alexis stood in front of Codey, trying to make sense of what he was saying. "Y-Yeah... I heard Ayuka has a limited amount of time before she dies... so, please... I'd need you to assist me..."
"Helping you out, huh... Well, I can do that... but I won't be very useful... all I can do is fight, which won't help much..." Alexis sighed as she explained.
"Please... Alexis... Ayuka was once a member of your clan, therefore she must be important to you?"
"Of course she does... but without knowing how much time we have, the only thing we can do is train... but if we waste time and then we're too late, you know what will happen to her."
"I know, but she's the Holy Light of the future... I'm confident we'll be able to save her, so please... train me."
"Okay, I see what you're saying... I'll give it my all. Despite the fact that you claimed Ayuka sparred with you using only her fists and legs... I suppose we can accomplish it, but first, tell me what you believe the primary source of Reality control is."
"What is the primary source of control over reality? I-I suppose..."
"Its goal is to bring all of its abilities up to par. That means that now that you can control numerous Kinetics, you'll have to work on them all to make them equal... for example, if your 'Hydro' Element overpowers the 'Cryo,' it won't be work, and you'll have a difficult time learning."
"Equalize the Forces of Elements? Is it even possible? Is it even possible for me to accomplish that because they each have their own mechanic?"
"To... equalize the Elements... That's all there is to it!"
Codey slammed his hand and began releasing his yellow aura right away. While his eyes remained closed, sparks continued to shoot out of the aura.
"If I evenly balance my aura to each Element, I'll have the same level for each... that is, everything should work if I heat up the aura, improve the pressure to equal my Spiritual Symbolism, and then connect them with the Elemental Masteries."
The metal continued to reflect the colors and bodies as the room continued to absorb the wind. "I understand... in some ways, it's similar to Tim's old talent... I need to come into contact with that exact body... As an example..."
"I came into contact with Nobuhiko's flames when I was fighting him... I came into contact with it when I drank water... When I came into contact with the ground in the Dueling Room, I was already able to release it... the wind is my primary element, so there was nothing that caused it to come... however, if that's true and it works the same, it means that when I fought Ayuka, it was her doing... I was able to copy her Element! Of course, everything makes sense!"
When Codey realized how his talent worked, he felt confident and proud. "This must imply that I was able to duplicate Elliot's talent when I attacked him... So, is there anything more I'm missing? Hmmm..."
"Hydro, Cryo, Anemo, Geo, Pyro, Electro... that's it; the only thing left is Reality!"
Codey reached for the jewel with a smile on his face.
And as soon as he made touch, his aura began to grow stronger, changing hues to black and red with yellow undertones. "Just relax... all you have to do now is absorb the jewel's full aura..."
Alexis smiled as she crossed her arms above her chest, and she soon realized what was going on. "I guess his mind never makes a mistake." She laughed.
Codey's heartbeat began to beat in time with his aura, and he soon began to balance the Elemental's power.
"Reality serves as the foundation for releasing all of the Elements and other effects... Elements, on the other hand, are the primary weapons used to combat the enemy..." He smiled with a smirk.
"Please... duel me in the Dueling Room, Alexis."
The two of them stood in the Dueling Room for the next few minutes.
Alexis' blue garments were flapping in the breeze as she smiled. "Then, if you're ready, we'll fight the same as you and did."
"Yes, I'm prepared, and I'm going all out. This is when I demonstrate that I am deserving of such incredible abilities..."
While his hair swayed, he swiftly established his combat position.
Their conflict erupted quickly.
Codey began the duel with improved control over his ability, activating his Electricity to speed close to Alexis, who was swiftly preparing.
Codey emerged behind her and attempted to strike Alexis with a circularly sharp kick, which she thankfully avoided by squatting and then noticing that Codey immediately flipped and spun to the side.
When he saw how Alexis backed away, he enveloped his body with searing orange fire, so instead of attacking her, he struck the ground with his hand, shattering them as a great eruption of flames rose up.
Standing in the fire, Codey raised both arms and released a strong wind to spread the fire and increase his strength as he sprinted ahead.
He immediately came up to Alexis and hit her in the face, but Alexis blocked the punch and then recognized that her opponent had already prepared a counter-attack.
When she noticed lightning coming her way, she hurriedly turned around and ducked to the ground.
When Codey hurled with amazing speed and moved exactly behind Alexis, the ground sharpened and absorbed the electricity.
Sweeping his hand from the side, he punched and stoned it, and Alexis had no choice but to duck and then sweep her knee at his stomach.
However, by crossing both arms to protect himself, Codey's body was thrown into the air, and after grabbing the air, he quickly rotated and released electricity.
When a blaze formed in front of him, he thrust his palm forward and utilized it as a burst.
The electrical was set to detonate when it came into touch with the flames, so it followed it.
Alexis fanned the flames, feeling the heat, and then noticing the electricity, which made her grin.
Her body began to slip on the ground after a loud explosion.
When elevating his leg, Codey, on the other hand, immediately slid down and swooped his leg down.
She became wet after blocking since water followed the sweep, but barely a second later, Codey rolled to the side and kicked obliquely, kicking another wave of water that she blocked.
But she instantly flipped and kicked her sole into Codey's wrists with full force, tossing him backward, forcing him to use the flying wind to correct his position and land.
Codey vanished into the wind at that instant, and Alexis kicked backward.
She launched a strike after spotting her opponent, but luckily, our Demon was guarded by another figure of linked arms.
As he moved ahead, Codey slid backward while simultaneously swinging his arm upward.
As a result, the stone walls on each side of Alexis's body grew, and as Codey and Alexis clapped together, the two walls grew as well.
Alexis, on the other hand, had hardened her fist over many years of training and had crushed both of the walls with her pressure pressing itself.
Codey ran forward, flicked his finger, and released a wind pulse, which only served to keep Alexis from advancing, but he swiftly went on to the next move.
He landed and hurled his powerful red spear after flipping forward.
And as a result of it being thrown, a violent rush of wind blew on each side, accompanied by a red aura, shredding the door into a larger crack.
Alexis, on the other hand, vanished into thin air and reappeared in front of Codey, smacking him in the face and kicking him in the hip.
After a fast recovery, Codey dissolved in silver electricity and raced past the female Captain, moving in behind her and snagging the spear and deflecting it back forward.
But by this time, he had vanished in a flash of electricity and had re-grasped the spear to apply more pressure. He swung again and flung it even quicker, which prompted Alexis to leap extraordinarily far into the air.
The spear slammed into the ground, causing a powerful explosion that was this time controlled, proving that Codey had figured out how to handle the attack perfectly.
Alexis flipped forward, vanished, and slammed her sole at the top of Codey's head before flipping behind his back, seizing his shoulder, and slamming him to the ground (after lifting him over)
His back was broken, and as he lay on the floor, Alexis cast a spell, causing the stone pillar to slam into Codey.
Alexis punched Codey in the stomach after they were both raised higher up, smashing the pillar and nearly fracturing his bones.
Both of them collided to the ground, but Alexis sprang into the air to witness how the rubble continued to soar through the air before she was hurt.
Her eyes widened in surprise at that point.
Our Demon was still there, exerting immense pressure and emitting a red blazing aura across the room.
"I'm not going to lose another battle..." When Alexis didn't comprehend, his aura began to create a giant transparent torso of Codey, his growl seething.
"He... condensed his aura into himself, but he is a giant? Is it his torso in particular?" It took her by surprise because she had never seen anything like it before.
And when Codey's eyes were glowing red, he swooped forward with his arm, and who'd guess, the arm generated from aura moved in the same direction, and Alexis's body was smashed and squarely into the wall when Codey's body stood still, connected with his aura.
Codey's grin widened as the massive devastation of stones increased.
When Codey summoned the enormous figure, it appeared that he couldn't move, so he remained motionless, but that's when it happened.
Alexis came in front of him, caught him off guard, and punched him in the stomach with her fist.
That startled him, forcing him to cough out saliva, and the gigantic figure vanished with it.
Codey's body lost consciousness once more, seeing only black and hearing nothing.
Codey awoke in a bedroom a few seconds later, rising his torso and sweating.
"You've got to be joking, right? Is it true that I lost yet again? Oh, no!" When Alexis sighed and stood in front of him, Codey screamed angrily.
"You didn't... you were just spazzing out, so I had to knock you unconscious... but still, you opened your body... if you hadn't done that, you would have won, so why... why did you use that ability in the end?"
"But that's okay... I guess I just wanted to see what it was like... I had no idea that would prevent me from moving my primary body... besides, I'm still going to chalk it up to a loss, my fault..."
He sighed and yawned as he leaned back in his bed.
"Anyway, I'm exhausted..."
"Would you like me to prepare you a dinner to feed your tummy?" Alexis just laughed when she poked fun of Codey. "I mean, I can do it on my own..."
"No, no... don't be concerned. After all, you should rest a little... I'll make it... In our Duel, you employed a lot of your skills."
"T-thanks, Alexis,"
"Sure, but there's no need to thank me. I'll see you when it's finished." She moved out of the room and into the kitchen.
"Damn it... well, at least I've gained a better understanding of Reality... just a little longer and I'll have it mastered."
When Codey peered out the window, he imagined Tim's smile in the clouds at random. "Take a look at me... When you made your skill yourself, I'm dependent on learning someone else's talent... I wish I could be a little like you... Tim..."
Codey smiled and then realized what was going on. "Well, we do have one thing in common... we don't give up, so don't worry, if I succeed, I'll save you and Ayuka!"
Another day had gone, and our Heroes had finally arrived in the city where the Spiritual Hoaxers were hiding. Their primary purpose is to save Tim, but their anxiety may rise as a result of the fact that the true adversary is someone else, not Tim, but... Yujiro Sagayama...
