Bella's pov
"Sarah don't cry is alright"says Bella trying to comfort Sarah.Now that I think about it our parents always treats us differently and anytime I asked why they always brushed it off saying am there last child and I didn't really get to see you that much because of school which made me over look our parents lack of attention towards you.
"Mom…..Dad when did you get here?(Gosh why are they here so soon?did they hear everything?no no no.thought Sarah with a stunned expression while looking at her parents nervously)
"Mom and dad is here? I hope they didn't hear everything,wait what I am thinking is good if they heard everything…..right?" Says Bella while listening to the now silence room and nervously waiting for a reply for her parents.
"Mom and dad am sorry!"says Sarah while on her knees while crying heavily and looking pleading with her parents.
"Sorry!look at what you have done to your sister,sorry can't change anything now"says Mr John fuming while glaring at Sarah.
"Dad please calm down"says Bella
"You let jealousy and envy take control of your actions now look at your sisters condition!She can't walk, talk or even breath on her own,she is in a coma now"
"Now that your sister is in this state are you happy?you finally get to have all I and your mothers attention while your sister is half dead and her life ruined"
"Dad please calm down"says Bella in a choked voice.
"Honey don't say that she did push Bella but it was the car crash that led Bella to the state she is now don't blame everything on Sarah dear"says Mrs John while trying to mediate the situation.
"Is true that the car crash did put Bella in this state but if Sarah didn't push her in the first place the car crash wouldn't even had happen and Bella will still be heathy like before.
"Mom,dad please don't fight because of me…please"says Bella in a sobbing voice.
"Instead of supporting Sarah why don't you make her realize how serious her actions have affected our Bella's life.Just look at our child, already struggling for her life and now we don't even have any money to keep her breathing again"says Mr John while sobbing.
"Dad please don't cry,I will get better soon but please don't cry"says Bella already crying.
"Dad what do you mean you can't keep her breathing anymore"says Sarah but Mr
John just ignores her and continue sobbing.
"Mom what's does dad mean"but Mrs
John just comforts her husband as tears stream down her face.
"Yeah dad what do you mean,please say something dad"says Bella
"We don't have any money left so we are unable to pay Bella's hospital bill so the hospital is going to stop her treatment including her oxygen supply"says Mrs John
"No that can't be,how can they do that?says Sarah.
"And they have given us still the end of today to say our goodbyes"
"Wait…what?so am going to die"(so am finally going to die,what i wanted so much is finally going to happen,but when I die I wouldn't be able to see mom and dad again and what about Sarah,their going to resent her for causing my death…no no I can't die just yet I need to live for mom and dad.But if I die I won't have to continue being a burden on everyone and giving them false hope that I might wake up someday)says Bella.
"No they can't do that, isn't there something we can do.I can look for a job to pay for the hospital bills we just have to beg the hospital to give us more time"says Sarah while standing up and wiping her tears.
"No don't do that Sarah there's no need, even if you do get the money I might still not be able to wake up"says Bella.
"We have already pleaded with the hospital for more time and they didn't agree besides where can you find a job when you don't even have a degree yet and any work experience even if you find one they won't give you a salary immediatelv after hiring" savs Mr John.
"No there must be something we can do, we can't just let Bella go like that, we can't loose hope I believe she will wake up one day".
"You think we given up on our baby girl but we don't have any money left,we called our families and friends but no one has such a big amount to give us and we have already collected loans from several banks which we still have to pay for.
All we can do now is have hope and pray for Bella" says Mr John with a grim expression.
"I know you haven't given up on me dad but maybe you… should"says Bella in a choked voice
After Mr John said that last sentence, the room fell into silence only the occasional beeping from the ventilator and the sound of sobbing filled the room.
"Come on guys don't be sad everything is going to be alright oh I forgot again they can't hear me,sigh~"says Bella.
"Ok that enough crying for toady, why don't we start the birthday celebration unless the cake is going to turn bad.Come stop with those sad
expressions let make the most out of the remaining time we have, and am sure Bella won't want us crying our eyes out like this"
"Yeah that right it's my birthday today come on cheer up people am eighteen toady"says Bella.
Sarah go get the cake and the
candles,honey let's wear our party hats.! didn't know you were such a cry baby honey"says Mr John while helping Mrs John wear the birthday hat.
"Yeah let's sing me a birthday song baby"says Bella.
Now everyone is wearing a birthday hat even Bella has one, they all stood near the bed while the cake was nut on a table near the bed while the cake was put on a table near the bed with two candles on it which says 18 but they weren't lit.

members of the John family with sad expressions on their faces.
"Yay happy birthday to me,I wish that my family will continue to be well and safe.
"Sigh~ time does run fast, my little baby is all grown up and it seems I cant call you little anymore because your already an adult but you will forever remain daddy little girl"says Mr John while planting a kiss on Bella's forehead.
"Yes yes I will always be daddy little girl"says Bella
"It feels just like yesterday when we brought you home for the first time, I can still remember your birth process"says Mrs John while gazing tenderly at Bella's smiling.
"Yeah yeah here we go again"says Bella
"Hahaha your birth process was sure unique just like you Bella"says Mr John.
"Yes I know dad you and mom have told the story a thousand times already"
"Yeah it was,I can still remember it like it was just yesterday. It was one week before my due date and I and your dad were getting ready to go to bed when I felt the urge to go to the bathroom so I quickly went to the bathroom. I sat on the toilet doing my thing but I realized that it wasn't poop that was infact coming but a baby which I knew from my previous birth experience from Sarah.
So I squatted over the toilet and you came easily,when I called your dad over he was so stunned that he just froze for about a minute before he quickly ran to
get his phone to call the ambulance.You should have seen him scrambling to get his phone hahaha".
"Yeah dad must have been so scared hahaha"says Bella.
"Well you can't blame me,l entered and saw you squatting over the toilet with a baby in your hand and blood on the floor, if not for my strong will I could have fainted then,well you can laugh all you want now but it wasn't funny then, it was terrifying"says Mr John while shuddering a little as if to prove his point.
"Don't worry dad I got you,I understand if I was the one in that situation I would have probably fainted too (^_-)"says Bella chuckling.
"Yeah, yeah it was super terrifying haha.
Your dad quickly called the ambulance then he called my mom to come look over Sarah because she was also staying with us at that time and with my moms help they quickly packed the hospital bag .You cried all the way to the hospital even when your check up was done you were still crying" says Mrs John while smiling
"Your mom fell into a deep sleep and when the nurse brought you over, you were still crying but when the nurse gave you to me you stopped crying and even slept soon afterwards. The nurse even teased you for being a daddy's girl.
"Well the nurse wasn't wrong about that after all aren't I daddy's little girl"says Bella.
"The next day when Sarah came over with my mom to visit,she started making a fuss to carry you and immediately she held you, she called you Ella but when I or your dad called you Ella she will always
say"stop stealing sisi name"meaning we should not steal the name she made for you, that is only between the two of you.We eventually came up with the name Bella"
"Wow so Sarah can of came up with my name.Their relationship was good in the past I wonder when it started deteriorating"says Bella.
"When Sarah heard your name she was so happy that she ran around your bed
until she got tired.we just laughed at it and of course didn't forget to use the name Ella to tease Sarah by calling you Ella a few times.You should have seen her little face then all red from anger hahahaha.
"Hahaha is funny just imagining it. Is good you guys stopped fighting my only wish in this world before I live is that you guys will continue being happy together".
