Murder.

(Lacton and his parties pov.)

Lacton watched as Segroth chained the last of the mobs, put a muzzle over the Drood, and walked towards the core room.

A holler from Takaroth signaled something was wrong. Zara was leaning against the wall of the big room, taking no notice to the noise.

Lacton sighed and headed into the core room, to find Takaroth and Segroth brutally killed. Gasping, he took a step back.

"I'm back~"

He got a glimpse of a grinning face and white hair, before everything was black.

_______________

(First person, Mc pov)

I struck my sword into the knights chest, strong, hard, and fast. I heard footsteps, quickly, I regained my position.

The archer came through the doorway. I breathed in, and then out, my body tensing. The archer sensed something was wrong and leaped out of the room before I could throw my sword.

Annoyed, I dropped down to see her escaping through the door. I gritted my teeth and barreled after her. About halfway to the thistles, a golden arrow parted the leaves and just nearly grazed my leg.

A flurry of golden arrows shot towards me. I knocked them back and took off running. But the archer threw her bow towards me, causing me to fall forward on my face.

Cringing I caused ice to envelope her, but somehow she melted through it, shooting up a great height and drawing her bow- it seemed, as if, time slowed down.

But I soon found my own ice causing me to go higher, and higher, until she let the arrow fly.

-----------------------------

(First person, Zara pov)

I drew back my bow and let my biggest arrow fly. The arrow grew wings and wouldn't stop until it reached the ice mage. The ice mage avoided it, swatting it back with her own sword.

She threw the sword towards me, but the arrow now connected with the sword, causing both of them to be greatly damaged but still going at it. I was falling, so was the ice mage.

It was a long way down, and we had already reached the clouds. If I was going to die, the mage was coming with me. I made my way towards her and nearly snapped her neck in a headlock.

I pulled my foot back as she tried to kick it, then I threw her farther away, above some rocks. Ice spikes flew towards me as I evaded and broke them. But I couldn't keep doing this. Up ahead, my arrow destroyed the sword, leaving it in shatters.

I let out a grin and fitted in another arrow. Then we hit the ground.

-------

I was prepared, coating my body in a thin layer of ice before we hit the ground. Not to say it didn't hurt, though. I heard something crack, and I thought I broke something. Though I can't be sure.

My body sprawled onto the rocks, as the archer broke her bones farther down. My sword was in pieces. Then, something happened that made it even more hopeless.

{You have lost your element.}

Then Bob came to greet me. [You are being hunted. It's dangerous now, do you want your dungeon to be transported somewhere else?]

Impossible. Someone will revive these guys again? I couldn't speak, so I tried talking to it in my head. 'Yes.'

[Okay..]
