Chapter 8

"The story my grandmother told was a little different from mine. In the original one the bunny prince and that yellow haired girl dies. Because he kept his distance to protect her , but in the end he even failed to save her . And after his beloved's death he killed himself out of desperation. Where as in my story the bunny prince . Prince Anwyll broke the promise , he made with his childhood best friend Luka to save the love of his life. Because the moment he saw her dying he couldn't control himself anymore. I ended the story this way because I wanted them to be together forever...That's it ". Inoue answered Minamoto's question while looking down. After hearing Inoue , Minamoto's lips trembled and a tear streamed down from his right eye. "Inoue, Minamoto what are you two doing here ? Come on, we have yet to decide who's gonna play what character, right?" Said Hina " And guess what Miss,Lisa won't take our class today because of your awesome story. She want us to pay more attention to the play until the cultural festival ends . Isn't it great?" Sato chuckled "Yeah, it is ! let's go Akihiko " Inoue smiled "Mm...you go ahead I'm coming " Minamoto replied hiding his tears from all. "Okay, as you say " Inoue sighed and got a little sad. Inoue and her friends entered the class, the students were whispering, and praising her . She felt happy and smirked with joy

Sato : "Inoue let's decide who's gonna play what character " (She shouted )

Inoue :"Yes, I'm coming" She went back to her sit and took out a notebook .

Suddenly four students of her class came to Inoue with a big wide smile on their faces. Student one solicited "Inoue-san, can you let us participate in your play?" "The thing is your story is really impressive and we want to help you all make the best of it " student three grinned. "Please ! Inoue-san, " student two and four pleaded with puppy eyes. "Hey ! Aoi-chan, Niko-chan, Ren-kun and Yuma-kun we all are friends you don't need to request me, and of course you can join us " Inoue was all smiles when everyone grew interest on working with her "Yeah! Inoue is right we also need more people for every character's role so thanks to you all .  I guess, now we can make a magnificent play" Hina said expressing her gratitude to them "Everything else is fine but who is going to play the main roles of the play? Have you guys thought of anything?" Takemichi interrogated "Yes, mm... that's important but I was thinking of something else too, shall I say?" Sato asked "of course go-ahead" Inoue replied "Inoue you have written a nice story and you can write good songs too, why don't you combine the two ? I mean wouldn't it be nice if you sing and narrate the whole play through a song " Sato opined " Yes , I think your idea is good !" Hina said patting Sato's back "Thanks Mam" Sato jokingly thanked Hina "Hmm, I agree with you too, but now decide the roleplays " takemichi said nodding .

Inoue : "Yeah ! Sure....Takemichi . So, about the grandma's character uh...uh Niko-chan can you do it " She asked Niko (A girl out of those four students). "yes, mam sure " Niko replied "About animals and cute birds roleplays Aoi-Chan, Yuma-kun and Ren-kun can I count on you ?" "Don't worry Inoue we will do our best " " Sato you will be the sparrow " "Aaaen....but you told me to give me a strong character that's why I continued my Kendo practice" Sato groaned "but back then I was thinking to write something based on ninjas and all but after your suggestion everything has changed now " Inoue tried to persuade her

"stop complaining....Himari firstly it's your fault you suggested her to write this story " Takemichi said pointing Sato , sato didn't replied back she just looked at him angrily. " Okay fine , I will do my best....Inoue" She sighed while Inoue giggled " and about the bunny's character..." Inoue was about to say something but Aoi and Niko interrupted "Minamoto would be the best for the role of the bunny prince, right Inoue-san ? He is so handsome..." "Yeah..." Inoue replied as her voice shivered "Takemichi, can you be the bunny's childhood friend 'Luka'? " "His best friend never...are you out of your mind ? no...not at all" "please...! Please ! Please ! " Inoue knows very well that Takemichi won't say no to her after hearing her please for three times "Okay fine... don't look at me like this anymore" Takemichi shied and Inoue chuckled "and Hina-Chan will be best for the role of that yellow haired girl girl, her straight long black silky hair makes her perfect. Her hair just has to be dyed color yellow before the play to make it real. She's really cute and also sings well." They again kept their foolish opinion . Hina glared them with wrath meanwhile Minamoto entered and heard their conversation "right Inoue san?" Aoi asked Inoue "Mm...am counting on you Hina you will be perfect for Marie's character " Inoue smiled with a little grief " Inoue...?"

Hina felt sorry for Inoue but she was unable to do anything . As Inoue was trying hard to control her emotions behind her fake smile " what...? We need to work right we don't have much time on our hands remember !" Inoue told her friends as they were staring at her with pity .

Minamoto lost his temper . So, he shoved off steadily , Inoue saw him leaving the classroom without informing again .

" Takemichi I will be back in 10 mins till then please discuss the outfits with others " Inoue spoke to Takemichi and went after Minamoto " Okay...." Takemichi felt a little despair as he understood where she was going .

" Hina-Chan you will be the star of the play " Niko stated admiringly  . " The Sirius star of the play is Inoue and no other star can beat a Sirius I think you know it well . So, stop giving your stupid convictions...we don't need them " Hina flared up . " But we were saying only for you , why are you scaring us ?" Aoi's voice shuddered " Oh really ?..." Hina was about to punch both of them right on their faces but Sato impeded and asked them to stop poking their noes in all matters . They said nothing in return and inclined their heads .

Here Inoue was running after Minamoto and calling his name simultaneously . But he didn't stop.

   Akihiko...!" Inoue shouted from Minamoto's behind . And atlast he stopped  .

Inoue questioned him "What are you doing? Why have you been running like this since morning? We've decided who will play what character. Now come join us . We have yet to discuss the outfits too."

   " Which character are you playing?" Minamoto queried ."It doesn't matter, you are playing the Bunny Prince's okay, now let's go " Inoue replied "I won't go until you answer my question " Minamoto was being stubborn.

Inoe :  " Akihiko...why?"

Minamoto : "Answer !"

Inoue : "Okay fine...I will give the ending performance ,I will dance at the end of the play, now I have answered . let's go " (she shouted),

Minamoto bit his lips angrily, he turned around and ran towards Inoue. He grabbed her and pushed her against a wall in the corridor and a made a query "Why can't you be that yellow-haired girl, if I'm the bunny prince here." Inoue's eyes widened, she was surprised, she didn't understand anything and replied "Because here Hina is playing the character of the yellow haired girl, she is far better than me . And yeah she is among my best friends. I can't steal her role, and also won't let anyone else to take her place . I have already decided who's gonna do what as the creator of the story . Btw what's your problem ? Why are you so bothered, it doesn't matter who's playing the girl's character, just focus on your role that's it..." Inoue pushed Minamoto away and bawled out  .

Meanwhile Takemichi came calling Inoue repeatedly ,"Yes we are coming " she replied back to him and fleet away . "Why couldn't tell her anything ?" Minamoto muttered to himself."Hey , Inoue is everything okay ? And where is that jerk, didn't you go after him?" "I'm here...sorry to make you wait " Inoue was about to tell the truth to Genji (Takemichi's first name) but Minamoto interrupted chuckling . Inoue was stunned to see the sudden change in his behavior . "Inoue , come inside !" Takemichi ignored Minamoto and dragged Inoue in. Seeing Inoue entering the class Sato jumped upon her , while Hina smirked " Inoue we decided the costumes " Sato grinned " And I'll get them from my dance teacher, 'Miss Iumi'" Hina added "You both are amazing..." Inoue praised them. " Then see you all at my place today at 4:00 pm. Just after the school " Minamoto said coming from behind. "Alright..."Everyone else jumped excitedly instead of Takemichi and Hina. Inoue was all smiles but she was still worried about Minamoto.

They all met at Minamoto's hideout. Just as they had decided .

( "Huh this place is so big and beautiful ". The four extra students were whispering and shouting )

Hina walked towards Inoue and said :"Inoue I asked miss, Iumi about the costumes and..."

Inoue : "And.."

Miss , Iumi ; "Hello, my little chums . Am Iumi , Honda Iumi , Hina's dance teacher. From now on I will help you with this play . I will play the director's role. Hope you don't have any problems with that. Isn't it" Miss,Iumi suddenly came out from Hina's behind...

Inoue : " Aum... hello Miss, Iumi . I'm Ichika Inoue here everybody calls me by my last name which is Inoe . You can also address me by this. And Nice to meet you "

She really got surprised the moment Miss, Iumi popped up . Out of the blue....

Miss Iumi : Aww ! You are so cute. Miss Iumi said stretching Inoue's rosy cheeks made Minamoto really angry .

So, he broke into their midst and questioned Miss, Iumi.

  "Miss Iumi, haven't you come here to guide us in making a better play. Why don't you use all your strength over there?"

Miss Iumi replied : huh ! So, there's a real prince in your group too interesting . Btw are you her boyfriend ? You are protecting her like she is your one and only !

Minamoto : you don't need to know (Minamoto glared ) (It really made Takemichi's blood boil ...)

Miss, Iumi marked Takemichi's eyes covered with anger and jealousy then looked at Minamoto for a while , she stepped back and said " You kids are really impressive, especially you 'Prince'!" She grinned like a Cheshire cat....
