Ch. 22 The Lost Academy

A/N: FOR ALL THE IDIOTS LEAVING ME ESSAY COMMENTS WITH CURSE WORDS IN THEM STOP, ya boi can't respond to them the app is blocking them. I can see them but I can't respond or like.

Hours have gone by since Ventax and his group began excavating the ruins. During this time they have managed to lift most of the ruin above ground.

"Everyone take a break, most of the ruin is out now so we will begin exploring."

Ventax had everyone rest for 30 minutes before they slowly walked inside the ruin.

As they walked inside they spotted statues of robed figures wielding blades. Countless murals were embedded on the walls depicting great figures, battles of old, and stories long forgotten.

Ventax walked up to a mural and placed his hands on the wall.

"The original inhabitants left behind a great amount of history. What would cause them to leave a place such as this?"

They continued to explore finding countless rooms, that looked to be used as training grounds.

Down the hall from one of the training rooms was a room that was quite empty, except for 7 large stones.

The stones were left arranged in a circle in the middle of the room.

A dark elf walked into the room, curious about the rocks.

He moved to the center of the room and tried to lift the stones with the force.

At first nothing occurred, but after a few seconds 1 stone shakily lifted off the ground.

When the stone lifted up, his face started to go red.

"Such weight!!"

Just trying to lift one stone off the ground, was enough to drain him of all his energy.

Another elf hearing his grunts entered the room.

"You alright?"

The struggling elf looked up.

"Yea, it's just these stones are crazy heavy; I can barely lift one off of the ground an inch, let alone all 7!"

The elf dropped the stone back on the ground and sighed.

"I'll make a report on this room, you go ahead and keep exploring."

The dark elf smiled.

"Lazy Bastard."

He turned and walked out of the room, searching further down the hall.

Over the next hour of exploration, the elves discovered many different areas.

The ground floor was divided between residential areas and multiple courtyards and empty rooms.

The courtyards was filled with many devices that would be used for training purposes. Training dummies for close combat techniques, old rusted AI's who wielded training sabers.

In the corner of some rooms, you could find small holes filled with tiny ball shaped AI's.

Downstairs the elves found 3 more rooms filed with 7 stones.

"This place used to be a training facility for warriors."

Ventax walked down a hall as he listened to the reports of the elves.

As everyone made progress with what was already unburied, someone made a report about a huge blocked room.

Zentax and a few elves made their way to the back of the ruin and found the elf standing before a doorway.

The door was buried deep in dirt and stone, probably not seeing the light of day for countless generations.

"Let's clear this out."

Ventax raised his hand towards the door. The dirt shook as small amounts were lifted off the pile. The elves followed along helping clear out the dirt.

Once the door was clear, Ventax walked towards the door placing his hand against it.

He pushed slighty, but the door didn't budge a bit. Seeing that not work he switch to the force. He gathered his strength then pushed the door with the force.

The door began to shake and squeal as its rusted hinges moved, slowly opening the door.

Everyone walked pass the door, slowly entering the room. Once their foot touched the stone ground, the world around them changed.

A large room filled with shelves upon shelves, multiple floors going up to the ceiling, and countless interfaces that still possessed power.

"This is a library!"

One of the elves spoke out as he walked to one of the shelves.

"I don't see any books just a bunch of dusty cubes and data-pads."

Ventax walked to the central interface and began to click away.

"Amazing!!"

Everyone turned their heads and looked at Ventax.

"This place is an abandoned Jedi Academy from 3000 years ago."

"There was a war long ago between the Jedi and the Sith which last for many years."

"A battle occurred between a Jedi vessel and a Sith vessel."

"The Sith eventually utilized some form of technology to rip the core from a nearby star in the cron cluster."

"This would lead to a supernova, that would cause a chain reaction in the other nearby stars."

"Because of the supernova's the Jedi and the countless planets in the nearby sector were decimated."

"The blast moving in the direction of Ossus, caused major damage to the planet."

Ventax looked up from the log.

"This place is a tomb of knowledge and hopefully treasure."

The knowledge the academy held would be an important asset in the training of Zelon's force sensitive troops.

While everyone checked the datapods, Ventax noticed something.

"This data states, the cubes on the shelves are holocrons. They are information holders used by force users."

"There is a record of every holocron here and what knowledge it holds."

He began tapping away on the screen. He eventually found what he was looking for then walked to a shelf.

"This holocron should have the teachings of Jedi Master's of old, on the lightsaber forms."

With the force he lifted the cube off the shelf, then activated it. The holocron began to segment, before information started transmitting to his mind.

Inside his mind, a Jedi Master could be seen lecturing a group of younglings on Shii-Cho.

The Jedi demonstrated the form, showing the different stances between attacking, parrying, and each body zone.

Once the master finished his demonstration, the younglings began to copy his movements.

Many of the younglings made mistakes, their movements crude and stiff. As they made mistakes the master would call out their errors and show them how to improve.

After a while he would once again demonstrate Shii-Cho, slowly emphasizing each movement.

The knowledge of Shii-Cho and each movement was embedded into Ventax's mind. Once he woke up from his stupor, he began to try the movements he just saw.

Noticing their captains weird movements, the elves all stopped and watched.

Outside the academy, Zelon and his group had just arrived. Many of the elves seeing Zelon arrive, moved into formation and saluted him.

"Welcome my lord!"

Like a choir, everyone greeted him simultaneously.

Zelon smiled then raised his hand, stopping their salutes.

"Where is Ventax?"
