A Glutton

Lillian gulped while the rest of the people were eyeing the fork in Lucas' hand as if expecting him to lash out at any moment. Lucas was still dragging the fork along the plate, not looking at any of them but his gaze was fixated on the point where the fork touched the plate.

"That's your sister you're talking to!" Charles snarled at him. Lucas lazily looked up at his father, a strange smile playing on his lips.

"Sister?" he asked. "I don't recall having a sister. As far as I remember, she's a maid's daughter-"

"THAT'S YOUR MOTHER!" Charles shouted. Donna reached out to grab her husband's palm.

"He still considers the other woman his mother!" Donna claimed. "Even though she's been dead for-"

She fell silent upon seeing the dangerous gleam in Lucas' eyes. "The other woman?" he echoed. "As far as I recall, you're the other woman."
