Lucas' Challenge

Natasha was very worried. For the past few days, Lillian sounded strained and was reserved which alerted her. There was something wrong with her daughter and she could feel it.

"What's wrong, dear?" Howard asked. He was finally able to walk properly thanks to the home therapy he received. Seeing his wife pace back and forth like that was worrying him.

"It's Lillian," Natasha admitted. "She's hiding something. I can just feel it!"

"Nonsense! Why would Lillian hide something from us?"

Natasha sighed and sat on a chair next to him. "I called her last night and she sounded ill," she said. "I know that she has a play and we couldn't attend it because of your health but I can't help it! I need to visit her."

"You're being paranoid!" Howard laughed. "She's a big girl now. Relax."

But Natasha shook her head. She was scared for her daughter and could feel that something was not right.
