U.A. Festival

The day of the U.A. festival finally arrives. The school is filled by the student's parents and visitors from all around Musutafu.

In the meantime, Misaki is resting and waiting inside the room where class 1-A is staying. She's sitting besides Hagakure and chat with her about the sports festival.

A little later, Todoroki made a declaration of war to Midoriya, not wanting to lose Midoriya accepted it.

A minute later, everyone is called to the stadium so the class starts moving out whether they're prepared or not.

At the stadium, Present Mic announced with enthusiasm "Hey! Pay attention, audience! Swarm, mass media! This year's high school rodeo adolescence that you all love, the U.A. sports festival, is about to begin! Everybody, are you ready?! It's time for the students to enter the first-year stage!"

At that moment, class 1-A enter the stadium. Everyone looks either serious or nervous, not a single person here think of this as a game.

"The U.A. sports festival! The huge battle where fledgling heroes sharpen their swords once a year! Anyway, these are the guys, right? The miraculous new stars who overcame enemy attacks with their heart of steel! Hero course, class 1-A, right?!" Present Mic announced. He continues to announce the classes for the first years, B until K, from hero course to business course.

"All the U.A.'s first years are here now!" Present Mic announced.

"Time for the player pledge!" said Midnight.

"!" Misaki realized she forgotten about the speech. 'Damn you, past me!!!' She blame herself internally.

"Representing the students is Hamamura Misaki from class 1-A!" Midnight continued.

Misaki hesitated for a sec but she went on the stage regardless. She stand in front of the mic. 'Let's try to improv..' She thought.

She smile gently and speak with a clear tone, "Hello, everyone. I'll go straight to point so we can start this festival as soon as possible." She paused for a bit before continuing, "I'll pledge.... That we'll have an amazing year full of challenges."

Murmurs of confusion can be heard since this isn't exactly a pledge but the crowds still claps out of formality and to ease the awkwardness.

Misaki bow politely, step down from the stage and head back to her line.

"You did good, Misaki." Hagakure said, trying to cheer Misaki up if she feels down from the crowds respond.

Misaki nodded to her, showing that she's not feeling upset since this is her own fault.

"It wasn't exactly a pledge though..." Sero muttered.

"Well, I didn't prepare a speech or anything for the pledge so I thought I should said what I think will be the truth." Misaki muttered to him.

"?" Sero had a puzzled expression when he heard Misaki's respond.

"Now, let's get started right away. The first game is what you call a qualifier! Every year, many drink their tears here! Now, here is the fateful first game!"

A lottery thing appears behind Midnight. "This year it's..." Midnight paused. "This!" She said loudly when the lottery stops at "Obstacle Course". She explained that the students are allowed to do anything as long as they stay on course.

Everyone head to the starting point in a hurry, waiting anxiously for the gate to open and start the race.

As soon as Midnight "Start!!" The students races to enter the course and begin pushing each other through the narrow gate.

Misaki tried to push her way through but it didn't work. She uses the system's "Screen Control" and use it like a hoverboard to fly above other students to quickly pass the gate.

When Misaki finally exit the gate, she saw Todoroki, Bakugou, Yaoyorozu, Aoyama and a few other students ahead of her.

"Haste." I muttered before disabling the "Screen Control".

Every steps Misaki take became faster and quicker. 'Good!' Misaki thought.

But she stopped her steps when she sees a group of giant robots.

'Right... the first problem is the gate... the second is... these group of giant robots.' Misaki thought as she look around to see for an opening.

Everyone hesitant to move except for Todoroki who freezes the robots and ran past them.

"Oh no!" Misaki said. 'I'm too close to the frozen robot! It'll fell over!!' Misaki thought as she ran away from the frozen robot.

*BAM* the frozen robot fell.

Luckily, Misaki able to get away from the frozen robot. 'Now, to make a way.' Misaki thought. She gets some grenades out of the system, pulled the pins and throw them in the space between the robots.

*BOOM*

Misaki quickly sneak through the robots and make it pass the first obstacle.

'Alright!!' Misaki thought.

As soon as she confirmed she pass the robots safely, she ran as fast as she can to reach the second obstacle.
