Raina Corps created a video game that players can immerse themselves into. For most it is just a normal game, but for Vicky, it turned into a nightmare. Her brother was murdered because of the game and now she seeks to avenge him.

For Vicky, vengeance took an unexpected turn when it led to a whole lot of new events. She found another survivor, someone she thought she lost. Eventually, avenging her brother, she faces betrayal, and finds the dark past of her parent’s murder.

Vicky finds herself in the center of something she never thought she would. She learns more about her mother’s secrets, and her work with the company that built the VR technology.

Vicky's Reality

Several bullets came raining towards them. A thud sound came from behind them. The two of them looked to the direction of the sound, and saw a player on the ground. The player was from the other team.

"Where'd he come from?" Sarah asked, looking at the player's body.

"It's a video game. Kids get a lot of guts to run head first into trouble," Connor said through Comms.

"Was that you?" the captain asked.

"Doesn't matter who took him out. Just watch your six," Connor said, through Comms. He then asked, "Why are you guys still here?"

"I think we're lost," the captain said.

"This map doesn't show the whole map," the captain said, and continued, "Where's that kid when we need her?"

Connor was taking cover on top of a hill. He had found the perfect vantage spot to take out anyone who came towards their hut.

The captain was looking at the player's body, when it disappeared.
