Adopting a child

It was now years after, my father sued me and won, my wife and I are now having our time of our lives as we now owned a 712sqft for RM240000. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I was also now officially 35 years old and was having a stable with y wife from stokes. 

    Now, I face a new problem and that is my wife. She...wants a child but because of certain issues, we went to adopt one. We headed to a local orphanage. We were very excited. My wife and I wanted a daughter because they were cute, we thought. We already had a reservation made a week ago so we just needed to choose a child and sign some papers.

    We headed into the orphanage as we saw many cute little boys, girls and some older children. The interior was very poor and there were even some cracks in the walls, I was very sad that the children had to live like this. My wife seemed to understand what I was thinking and suggested an idea to raise funds for the orphanage on public holidays because the public holidays are just around the corner. We walked inside and decided we wanted a 3-year-old child. We asked the nuns for all the 3-year-old girl and they pointed us to the direction where the 3 years old girls were.

    We saw many girls, some were bigger than others but most of them were malnourished and weak, but a certain girl stood out from everyone else.  She had blonde hair and jewel like blue eyes and we picked her as she was very cute. After signing some papers and answering some question we brought the girl to her new home. While going back home, we went to a local supermarket to buy some supplies for the child. We also bought a child seat for her. 

    We arrived home and I was astonished because the child never cried in when we were going back home. She was such an obedient and cute child. My wife cooked her some food while I made her new room. Sometimes, I would play with her but not to my surprised, she was not very intellectual. Therefore, I took out a picture book that I bought from the supermarket. 

    When my wife was done cooking, I was also done making the room for our child. We fed the child and read her a storybook, after that she went to sleep. We also went to sleep as midnight dawn on us.

We decided to name her Huang Siew Juen.
