'Just get over it. Kill me already'. It was silent. Very silent. Eerie silent. He took a few steps towards and I don't back out. 'He's finally going to kill me. I'm coming mom'. I close my eyes for the impact to come but nothing came. Not a gunshot, not a knife stab, slit of throat. Nothing.
"What's your name?" He demanded. 'My name?'. At least I could answer that. But it seems my body had another idea. I was falling, dropping to the cold, hard wet ground, maybe this is a good way to die. I braced myself for the fall but I was caught before I could even hit the ground. I wanted to move, to open my eyes at least but my body wouldn't budge. Whatever caught me was strong, very big and hot! Yes very hot. I snuggled close to the heat. I was been lifted and my head was touching a hard chest, I try opening my eyes once again and I succeed but it's half open. I stare up at what was carrying me. As I looked up, I was met with an icy blue orbs. They were staring right back at me, and it was a he. A guy or man. He said something but I didn't hear it. 

Darkness was calling upon me and I don't fight it. I closed my eyes, drifting into the darkness. I don't know but I can't seem to shake this feeling away. This strange happiness of being in this man's arms. Who is he and why do I feel a pull towards him?

"After four years, four whole fucking years".


I yelled to Kate. "I'm so sick and tired of this bullshit, I finally found the life I've always wanted. Me, my family and friends but now they just want to take all of that away, just like that". I said with a huff.


"So tell me where you were when you heard them talking". She asked. "I was going down to get water as usual when I passed their room and dad was talking to mom about us leaving again". I said remembering their conversation


"Look Sofia we can't risk staying here, we need to leave. I can't risk you and the kids espec-"


"I know but Norman how are we gonna tell the kids about this, especially Ashley, she isn't going to take this lightly". Sofia said. "But there's nothing we can do about it" He says. "Norman" Mom calls softly "I don't want to leave. Why do we have to run, we've been running all our lives. Ash is fed up of this and she's not a kid anymore, I mean we've deprived her of so many things. A peaceful childhood, friends, school, and she's got them. She just finished high school last two months and we both know how much she wants to go to college and now this, you know she's never going to agree to come to Tokyo with us".


Norman seems to think for a few seconds then states. "I'll sort her out", She stares at him for a few moments then brings out another problem that needs to be solve. "Okay." She says "What about Jasper huh? The kid just started making good grades, I mean this trip is only going to bring him back down a-


"Look I'm gonna fix this!" He cuts her off almost yelling. Mrs. Wilson was taken back by his harsh tone and her eyes starts to fill up, he stares at her surprisingly and sighs while hugging her. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to raise my voice at you. I just got frustrated with this whole issue". She nods "I'm sorry too for ranting". "Shhhhh" He shushes her. "Don't apologize, look I promise you that one day we won't have to run or hide. We'll have a peaceful life okay?". "Okay". She nods


"Now how's little Ashley doing." He asks touching her overly stretched tummy, she giggles and places her hand on his. "She's kicking and also roaming around". She stated making him chuckle lightly. "I see, she's not a fighter like her sister"


"Nope". She says popping the 'p'. "She's not". She said while yawning. "Come on let's get some rest". He says while switching off the lamp.

"OMG!!! Tokyo." Kate exclaims while I chuckled 


Kate has been my best friend since I got to New York. She knows everything about me, she's more like a sister and I'm happy I found her. She listens to all of my laments, my whining, my cries etc. She has always been there for me which is why I can't leave this city, I mean who would wanna. There's a lot to do here, variety of places and I don't plan on leaving here anytime soon.
