The orchestra opens the scene with song 4, in the office of the chairman of Condition Local Government Area. The chairman is seated behind his office table reading a journal. Mama Chika, Chika, Papa Chika, and Mallam Sanni forcefully enter Mr chairman's office as the three police officers try to prevent them. Mallam Sanni: We wan see Mr. Chairman now.
