Their lives were barely passing by when Ashton finally got the job but they couldn't even enjoy the happiness of the job before the catastrophe struck.
Out of nowhere everyone in the world heard the voice of the kid who told them that from now on earth will be a game platform where 100 races will participate and the final victor's race will live while other races will perish.
Thus, their journey started.

"W-What is going on Matt?" Sam couldn't help but ask seeing the scene in front of him.

Before they could always see one or two Rare Grade Awakened's in between all the awakened.

Hell, they had even seen Rare Grade Awakened's teaming with Normal Grade Awakened's to tear apart houses and buildings, looking for humans and other monsters, killing them, eating them, or turning them into one of their own.

But this was something they had never seen, no higher grade Awakened within their sight.

This sight was much chillier than seeing thousands of Rare Grade Awakens together.

"I don't know, but isn't this good for us? We can go out and kill as many Normal Grade Awakens as we want, we can even earn a large amount of gold coins. So, let's treat this like a party and go crazy killing these bastards." Matt said as he started walking back to go to where Lucy was.

"What about Chris, Ashton, and Jade, are we going to leave them to Lucy alone?" Asked Sam.
