The Devil is obsessed with me. He married my mother just so he could own me. No matter how hard I try, I can't escape from him. He just doesn't want to let me go and I don't know why.

I have never understood his fascination with me. Most of the time he's just there, staring at me like an adept predator sizing his prey, gazing into my soul with those soulless silver-blue eyes.

All the attention he should be giving my mother, he showers me with and I am getting more and more entangled in his web of deceit and decadence and thrown into his dark world.

He calls me Angel, but wants nothing more than to stain my innocence and ruin me with pleasure.

Last night might as well have changed our relationship forever, I doubt I will ever get the opportunity to writhe under him again.

Despite my misgivings, I convinced myself that it was just a nightmare, that attaching any other meaning to it would be reading too much into it and after some time, I went back to sleep until I was woken up by my alarm. I was grateful I didn't have another nightmare, the first one was not only harrowing, but it was an energy vampire, it drained the life out of me.
