Chapter 6:No where to go

I haven't seen you in some time now since we switched places.

There's is a lot I want to tell you and I'm not sure that you know yet.

I am not the type to keep secrets but I am also not the type to give out spoilers.

So Alamesh I can't exactly be honest with you currently but I can at least tell you a story.

In the beginning, the gods didn't exactly treat humans with the respect they deserved.

Throughout a certain period, we were the same as slaves.

Forced to do their bidding without question, and those who didn't were killed.

It wasn't anything new for some of them and we as a race had become used to being looked down on.

After all, what can we do against a good but sit back and let them kill us?

But about 5000 years ago that reality changed.

The gods were forced to fall back under the onslaught of mankind forces lead by a man with a red H mark on his neck.

He fought long and hard until he was done in by his soldiers.

He like you was an orphan who was abandoned at the door ship of a secondary clan of his family in another world in a land far far away from here.

I am telling you this because we need that man. We need him back no matter the cost. He. was supposed to lead humanity forces to its victory over the gods.

It's isn't time for you to converge souls with Samael I'm sorry but it is too soon.

It will only alert the Hellberg clan that we are alive which isn't a good thing but I will give you this ability as a gift.

{Ability berserk has been acquired]

Please use it wisely. I know you can do it.

It.

As the shadowy figure looked at Samael and Alamesh it placed its hand on the crystal forcing it to stop the transformation.

"What are you doing!!!" (???)

From up above a winged hooded man arrived. His golden sword swiped down at the shadowy figure but he was too late.

It had already long since disappeared from their current room.

The figure's goal had already been accomplished and Samael and Alamesh convergence had been disrupted.

"Why are you doing this."(???)

Not seeing the shadowy figure anymore the hooded man flew back up into the dark domain.

When I woke up it was already daytime so the night cloak wouldn't work.

I tried to get in contact with Jeremiah but he wouldn't answer back and Margaret was sleeping.

I looked at my hand and pressed The orange H to see if what had happened was a dream.

It was a weird sensation. I couldn't see a thing but I know what I heard.

They use two voices that sounded nothing like Jeremiah or Samael meaning they were different.

When the welcome back screen came up I did my daily exercise before anything and then looked at anything then looked at my status.

I don't know how the stats system works but I am guessing by no means am I strong outside the slave camp.

I have always thought this was going to be the case if I ever escaped from the slave arena.

There was no nutrition for any species there and the food give you no strength but it kept you alive.

I was basically to give a summary I'm malnourished and unkempt.

Happily, anyone could register at the adventure hall to get an adventurer's license.

To get a license you have to go through multiple tests and challenges that are given to you by the adventure hall to test your abilities

After that, you could go and join a clan fit work. There were many different clans out there to join though.

Clans were groups formed to protect and provide for the given area they're located in.

There can be any amount of clans in one area. The government does this from what I hear to inspire competition against them.

They also do this in hopes of them working with the authorities if something were to happen, or at the very least act as an authority figure in their city.

Looking around the alleyway in the streets more and more people were coming out. I grabbed Margaret and ran up a building.

When I made it to the top looking around I could see the town the stadium was located in more clearly

You would think a place so inhumane wouldn't be so peaceful but there weren't any crimes but committed anywhere from what I could see.

It wasn't the town's fault but most likely the government's fault that we were made to act like animals but I still hated every human being here.

No matter how grotesque the fights got they just saw it as mere entertainment for their eyes like it wasn't real people down there.

But again in their eyes no matter the species the slaves were not under any circumstances, people but objects.

" What the hell am I even supposed to do here...."(Alamesh)

I would have been better off living in the arena and fighting until I died.

I could use my demonic ki to boost my body strength and speed but I'm sure there were stronger people than me in that form here anyway.

So if I'm captured there would be no point in me even trying to fight back against since I'm so weak right now.

Jumping down from the building I decided to head back into the alleyway.

It wasn't the best place but it was at least it would be hard to see my body.

I hide between two large bags of trash hoping no one would see. I was scared since I haven't been outside before this.

"Hey, do you want to come with me?" (???)

I wanted to reject it and say no but I was tired and the escape had taken a lot out of me.

Yes, my body was strong for the Arena but in the outside world I know I'm not enough.

Samael, Jeremiah, and Margaret were no answering me for some reason so my body reacted on its own based on my desires.

"Yes, Please." (Alamesh)
