"... This suit looks good on you, Sir Allan." Maid said.

"Really...?"

"Yeah, you look handsome in this!" Another maid said with an amusing smile.

"Well, if you say so." I looked at the mirror in front of me to see who I was looking in the the suit.

I was dressing myself for the banquet. The two maid, who works in the palace, were accompanying me and were helping me to dress myself.

It's been a week since I come to this place. King held a banquet for me as an appreciation of gratitude for protecting both his daughter and capital. They also wanted to honour me in front of the nobles and officers in banquet as a hero who saved the Royal Capital but I refused to do so. I don't want to stand-out much or grab too much attention cause I'll not be able live more freely. That being said, I know king would still be planing something behind the scene so that he can convince me to stay here but it's all waste... I have already decided to stay here but I wouldn't say it yet cause I want to enjoy playing with king and everyone else. I want to see what they will do to make me stay. How much effort they will put in it? How much struggle they will suffer?

I want to see how thing will go from now on! It would be fun, definitely!

"Please, this way Sir Allan."

"Hm" I nodded.

One of the maid guide me to the hall where banquet is.

The door opened. I entered.

"Look! Who's that?"

"He is so handsome!"

"Is he a noble?!"

"Which family he belongs to?"

"I want to talk to him."

Though they were all whispering with each others, I can clearly hear the chats of noble girls and ladies. On the other hand, I also started to feel the envious gazes of guys present in the hall.

It is same as the time I attend the parties and other functions at divine realm. I still remember all the guys over there looked at me with the same gaze as the guys over here are looking at me right now.

I thought of ignoring this rubbish and moved on.

"They have done quite a good job!" I said to myself.

The room was decorated very well and all the people present over here were no doubt the nobles or wealthy. They were all dressed so elegantly and were looking good. It been few giga-annum since I joined any royal banquet so I can't help but feel bit an out of place.

"Oh, Mr. Allan, here!" I saw Laren waving me at few distance. I raised my hand in reply and made may way towards him. King, Leon, and Red hairs was also with him with few other guests who I particularly don't know but I saw them on the day of my testimony. Other then Laren and Res hairs, everyone were above 40s.

"Good evening, Sir Allan." King greeted me.

"Good evening." Other people who were with king, also bowed to me slightly as a greeting. I smiled in return.

"Oh, let me introduce you to them, Sir Allan... He is my court minister, Foes Keloneris." King introduced an old man just like him. He had a white beard and was bald.

"No, no, you don't have to introduce yourself, Sir Allan. I already heard a lot about you, I was also present in your testimony and know what a talented young man you are! I am really delighted to meet you."

I apologized to minister inside my head.

I turned my gaze to king only to receive a gentle node.

"My humble apologies for the suspicion, court minister, everyone." I apologized to court minister and his attendants.

"Oh please, it's obvious for one to be cautious about those kind things since you're so incredible, you will definitely get unnecessary attention if you're not cautious..." He replied with a smile.

Hearing my words, everyone's face become as if they were about to burst out in laugh but they controlled themselves as their shoulders where still moving up and down, and their hands were on their lips to hide the smiles.

He was the court magician and was talking about the artifact which I obtained from demons. I examined it for few days but it ran out of divine energy and stop working. I was also not willing to refill it and had no interest in it so I give it to Leon to inform it to king as it was useless to me.

There, Lucia entered in a beautiful pink dress, there was also a glorious crown on her head and she was definitely giving an aura of a princess. Her pink dress suited perfectly well with her blonde hairs... Overall, she was looking beautiful and adorable.

Beside her, Nerisa was also there to escort her. She was wearing a blue dress and was also looking a beauty.

They were so attractive that everyone in the room were stunned by there charm and kept starring them.
