Selena & The Guy

"Why are you just keeping quiet, Jane?" asked Jack, and he hadn't let go of Jane's shoulders from his grip.

"Our agreement. You should have remembered the deal we made," Jane said as she held Jack's hands.

"I know this marriage is just a tool. You don't have to doubt that, Jane. I will get those dangerous people out of our lives immediately. And… after that can you…"

"After that? Are you sure we're not going to win? What if we lose this war? How about it, Jack?" asked Jane.

"I'll still protect you, Jane. That's my promise," said Jack and saw that Jane had stepped back carefully, holding up her slightly long wedding dress.

"Jack, you're such a nice and impeccable man. You should be able to get a better woman than me. I'll change my clothes because I have some work to take care of when I'm not in Hawaii," Jane said making excuses.

Jack saw Jane who had quickly left him. He raised his hands and looked sadly at himself.
