SAY YES TO THE DRESS WAAAH

Marriage... marriage... marriage... UGH DISGUSTING WHO EVEN WANTS TO GET MARRIED ANYWAYS.

YES I DON'T NEED TO BEAR KIDS FOR HIM BUT STILL WHO WANTS TO GET MARRIED FRESH AT 18??? HUH??? 13 YEAR OLD ME ARE YOU INSANE??? But then again this entire marriage was set up by me so that I would be busy while 18. In the original novel Crystalia was supposed to steal the scepter in the latter half of the year.

I hope I die before that, aNYWAYS.

Marriage details would be getting discussed about today. Outfits... dresses... I'll just pretend to be the perfect wife and then call it a day after four years. Aah I'm so lucky to be blessed...

"HOWDY," I jump at the voice of my dad.

"Father... are you designing the wedding dress?" I ask.

"Yes," My dad grins. "Which dress darling!"

My dad pulls out a catalogue from his bag and I stare at it.

"...this is?"

"I designed these dresses for you over the years," My dad smiles. GALLAHAN- GALLAHAN IS THAT YOU??

"Daddy," I sob into my handkerchief. "I love you so much,"

"there there," he pats me on the back. "I love you too baby."

I blow into my handkerchief and look through the booklet. "What do you think would look best on me?"

"Princess," My dad grins. "Not many aristocrats know the names of the dresses they buy, so sneaking in a design as that for you would be a statement."

"What about the cut on top?"

"What do you want?"

"An off shoulder," I mumble. "is that alright?"

"Of course!" My dad beams.

"Speaking of which, wouldn't mother be angry that we're deciding without her?" I stare at my dad.

"Which is precisely why I decided to visit you today for the dress. The royal family is taking care of mostly everything else." My dad smiles. "You're heading to the castle tomorrow to plan out the decorations with the prince. Your mother being here might sway your own views."

"Ah," I mumble. "Alright then!"

"Alright do you want sleeves?"

"Transparent puffy sleeves," I clasp my hands together. "But I want to be able to move in it easily."

"Silk... Batiste..." My dad jots down fabric names and nods. "I'll have you try the dress on before the wedding. Ah also, do you want the back to be laced up?"

"I can lace but please no corset and no metal," I groan.

"Of course baby," My dad smiles. "Ah also, a carriage arrived today from the imperial palace."

I sigh and get up. "who sent it?"

"Prince Paris," My dad blinks at me. I blink back at him.

"Prince Paris????" I gawk. "why????"

"The letter might explain." he hands me a letter and I read it.

Dear Crystalia,

perhaps you have questions about why the wedding is going this way. The issue seems to be that Albert is too shy to ask you to come over to check the details yourself, therefore, as his older brother, please come over to the palace to plan with us. We have a room prepared for you in case you want to stay the night.

Sincerely,

First Prince, Prince Paris

P.S: I already sent an invitation to Sir Felix so do not worry about him coming or not.

My father hums. "Shall you get going?"

"You held back this news from me so that I would pick my wedding dress nice and slow?" I turn to look at my dad.

"Yes," My dad smiles. "Remember, no one from the Villarreals bow for other people-"

"And if someone asks of it, remind them of their place," I grin.

"Yes," My dad smiles. "Now get going. I don't want to keep the prince waiting."

"Of course," I smile. "Can I bring a few-"

"I'm here junior duke," Daisy slides in with shades on and Fred in tow. Fred's hair is all messed up.

"Perfect!" I clap my hands. I detach the two from each other, and I fix Fred's hair. "let's get going!"
