Chapter 3.4 Ball

"Ack!" Zhang Caicu felt something so he wanted to Dodge the attack, but Liam was kicking sideways so even if he moved a bit to the left he still got kicked.

Zhang Caicu who was kicked, fallen on the marble floors. He fell on with his face down, his noise got a big hit.

Liam didn't say anything. He quickly sticks something on him(Zhang Caicu's back) and soon the stick disappeared. Liam really really wants to hit him more but with the warning, he stopped. Fuck you. He's not that good at this. How could a pure white Lily survive in a survival game without getting dirty huh!?

Liam: sigh... He got a long way to go...

It was the unlucky sticker. Liam bought three things after all. Liam didn't want to waste his time on this scumbag of a friend.

Liam glance one last time at it and walked to his room. With the scream of someone behind him. Which Liam knows that it's not Zhang Caicu's scream.

Liam didn't want to go to the scene of the crime, he isn't a detective. Even if other's get suspicious of me, which who would? Who will think a cute kid like Liam is the killer in the first place. Because of Liam's disabilities, he gives out a cute kid's image.

From his blonde fluffy locks and his crystal purple eyes. He looked like royalty from a foreign county than anything else.

If Hei JianAn was the original then he would have to peek to see if that screaming person is still okay to be saved but Hei JianAn can't do that, it's called seeking death okay. And Liam is sometimes a scary cat. He doesn't like seeing blood. If Hei JianAn goes to where the person is then he would have frozen in place. So the system didn't count it was Out Of Character.

Liam rubbed his face and then he heard Butler's voice.

"There will be a ball at Sext* in the ballroom, dear guests please don't be late as those who don't will be found disrespectful to our young master and be kicked out."

*Sext = 12:30 pm in 12th century London.

Liam looks at the only clock in the room. It's a normal old clock that has no numbers on it. Those who doesn't know when Sext is will be kicked out.

This game doesn't look like it was from 12th century London. So Liam doesn't understand why would they use this time.

Right now it's 10 pm. Going to a ball early isn't a good thing too. It makes you who came early seem too eager and may seem rude to some nobles or aristocrats.

But arriving later than the main character is also disrespectful. This is why Hei JianAn doesn't like to read a book on medieval history or anything related to it. But he had to at least know a bit so he research about it, he had acted as two-face aristocrat gentlemen before.

The director has a famous director known for his focus on history and perfection. Hei JianAn hated that director, he was no fun. If Hei JianAn OOC even a bit, he stops the shooting.

Liam was or is stared at the wardrobe like he was looking at an enemy.

The ball clothes were.. Very much different from the casual clothes from before...

Three pieces of clothes were prepared by someone. All 3 of the clothes have....fancy designs, blue tunic, a black jacket with crown-like prints on it and a big belt. It's paired with black leggings.

The other was a puffy red jacket with small dots on it. It has a black hose with it.

The last one was more ugly. Liam can't even set his eyes on it. A green jacket with designs that seem to have been throwing up on and a red and purple hose*.

*its the same as stocking, the tights were called "hose."*

Liam wants to meet with the designer of these dark clothes, and ask him doesn't his eyes hurt? Doesn't his ethics hurt? Is your morality been thrown out of the world? How could these evil clothes be worn by people or anyone???

Liam was tempted to rip these clothes and wear whatever. But the ball was an important part of the plot.

Zhang Caicu was wearing fancy...clothes. (the dark clothes) and tripped for the nth time this week.

Zhang Caicu: What the fuck happening to me? Why is he so unlucky in this game? Tripping, bumping into the thing, and even broke his knife!

Zhang Caicu was even more disgusted with his clothes. It's a beautiful shade of sliver but the design was so bad the clothes looked ugly. Saggy jacket with other random silver color stitched to it. The edge of the jacket has holes and it was dirty. He only has two clothes to choose from so he had to pick the better-looking one. The other one was brown with real leaves that were dead glued on. It was so bad that Zhang Caicu wants to throw it in a trash can.

It was midnight. A lot of people were there in the ball already. And there were people that Zhang Caicu hasn't seen before.

NPCs and players were all mixed up. No one knows the other is the NPC or a player.

When It was 12:30 Liam came in. Other players who knew what time Sext was coming to the ballroom too.

Liam saw a teenager going in to. His clothes were mostly black. His hair was a shade of very dark blue. When the lights hit, the blue shine shows up. He has his thin lips pressed together. He looks like he's about to go to work or going to do something important. His skin was very pale. But not to the point that he looks dead.

Liam just glance at him and he saw Liam. Liam smiled at him and waved. He also waved back but he soon disappeared into the crowd.
