Monday Morning Rush?

Morning arrived for everyone in Japan as the sun started to illuminate a portion of the Earth. Inside the mansion of the Arisugawas at the city of Nara, the maids are going from one place to another with haste.

"Seiji-sama! Please, let us do the cooking instead! Mia-sama will get mad at us if she learns about this!"

"Don't get so agitated, okay? I'm just making use of my cooking skills. It's been a while since I've cooked something myself. Also, Rena won't be mad at you."

"But—"

"Leave the job of cooking to me and do your usual job, okay? Ah, even if you try to stop me, it's already done anyway…"

The maid blushed slightly when she saw Seiji smile at her and was unable to raise a rebuttal. While they are talking, Seiji finally finished cooking their breakfast. The only thing that's left is preparing their bento box.

"Come to think of it, I should probably go and wake up Mashiro. Umm… Emica, right? Please prepare the table for later use."

"Understood, Seiji-sama."

"Thank you. I'll go wake up Mashiro real quick and make her get ready for school. It's her first day of school, after all."

That's right, Mashiro will be going to the same school Seiji is attending, Kyōsen. He only knew of this when Mashiro brought it up out of the blue when they were shopping for her clothes.

When Seiji went upstairs, he found the room of Mashiro with her name already there, cutely printed in a doodle style of artwork. Seiji and Rena have the same things in their room when this house was made and it was Mia who designed such an artwork.

Who knew that a diligent woman like Mia would have such a cute side to her as well?

*knock* *knock*

*knock* *knock*

"Mashiro? Are you awake?"

When Seiji didn't hear any reply, he waited for a few more minutes but there's still none. Left with no other choice, Seiji called out for Mashiro to wake up but when there's still no reply after some time, Seiji finally decided to go in and wake her up.

Of course, in such a situation, Seiji could just call a maid and let them wake her up. However, at the time, Seiji, for some odd reason, wanted to wake her up by himself.

"Mashiro? Ugh… Why did I come here all by myself, again?"

Seiji started to look around the room and saw a literal mess of clothes, underwears, among other things, that's just lying around the room. As he is looking around for a place where she could be sleeping, he saw a huge bump on the bed so he guessed that she slept there.

With that in mind, Seiji speedily took care of the things on top of the bed other than the bed and the quilt itself. He folded all the clothes and stacked them neatly on top of each other while the other things they bought on the mall was arranged on a separate desk, which he also cleaned as well.

Seiji have seen Mia and the other maids work so this is an easy task for him. After all that work, he finally shook Mashiro awake, gently shaking her shoulder from left to right in order to wake her up.

"Mashiro? Mashiro… We're all set for school. You need to wake up and take a bath so that we could go there and not be late…"

After some time of doing that, Mashiro finally showed signs of waking up. When she sat up and the quilt slid down her body, revealing her 'sleepwear' which is only a white shirt with all of its buttons open.

Despite this enchanting scenery, Seiji still remained relatively calm, even though there are traces of blush on his face. He 'calmly' covered Mashiro with the quilt and asked her a question 'calmly'.

"W-Why are you wearing only that shirt Mashiro?"

"My other clothes… are in the way so… I removed them…"

'So that's why I saw her clothes in the pile near the bed. Makes perfect sense… NOT! Why is this girl like Rena? Are they born under the same star or something?'

Seiji already experienced this kind of thing with his adopted little sister, Rena. Rena and Mashiro have the same habit of sleeping with only a thin apparel of clothing because, in Rena's words, "Feels really restrictive…"

And so, Seiji had to do his best and teach her to wear some pajama before going to bed. Mia also helped in that case so it wasn't that hard for Rena to eventually get rid of such a habit.

'And there's a person with Rena's past habit living here in my house.'

"*sigh*… Anyway, Mashiro, can you take a bath by yourself?"

Seiji phrased the question in such a way because he somehow have this feeling that she doesn't. According to what he saw yesterday, this girl is probably one of the rare cases where she only know how to do one thing properly.

Just as Seiji thought, Mashiro's reply was within his expectation.

"I don't… Rita helps me with bathing…"

"Who helped you with your clothes yesterday, then?"

"Rita did…"

"And your hair? Who did your hair?"

"Rita…"

This made Seiji heave a very deep sigh.

"Just how much did this Rita girl spoil you? You see here Mashiro, normally, even if you're rich, you should, at the very least, learn how to take care of yourself and your body."

"But… Rita always helps me with those…"

"Now that Rita is not here with you, what are you going to do? Rita won't always be by your side, you know?"

Mashiro was shocked at what Seiji said, and she started tearing up.

"What to… do…"

Seeing her be like that, Seiji comforted her, wiping her tears away and patting her on the head.

"I'll teach you how to take care of yourself. For the meantime, I'll be taking care of you while you still can't."

Seiji felt like he is taking care of his little sister once again as he pats Mashiro's head. Probably because no one taught her and because she really doesn't care about anything else but art, she ended up becoming like this. That's only Seiji's thoughts though.

After that incident, Seiji made Mashiro wear some pajamas while he face the other way and brought her to the bathroom. He taught her the names of everything and told her their various use.

When it doesn't seem like she's remembering anything other than the names, Seiji thought of something that might help her. What if, like his copying and learning ability, his 「Advanced Growth Rate」 and 「The End」, Mashiro also have certain conditions in order for her to store information inside her head?

Seiji have such thoughts since his abilities also have such a condition in order for him to learn skills and such faster. So, with that in mind, Seiji asked Mashiro about it.

"Mashiro… How do you think you can remember things faster?"

"Umm… pictures?"

"Pictures, huh…"

Seiji then went all around writing stuffs and showing it to Mashiro one by one. When they are finally done, she managed to remember it perfectly.

As for taking a bath, Seiji called out a maid to guide her through it. As expected, Seiji can't go in with her inside the bathroom like its something normal.

After that, Seiji asked Emica if she could perhaps help Mashiro in her clothing. She told her that she should teach her how to do it and not just help her through it.

Once they are done, Seiji brushed Mashiro's hair while blow drying it. There's just something about a girl's hair that he like so much. It's just so nice to touch.

Finally done with all those things, Seiji and Mashiro boarded the car and went on their way to school.
