The Basilisk's Abilities

A stupid woman, her husband, and three children were riding in a car. One person delivers a great joke, and everyone else laughs except one. You might argue it was retribution for not laughing, but paralyzing someone from the waist down is just plain wrong.

Landon Smith, our primary character, was paralyzed from the waist down as a result of an unforeseeable automobile accident. What's worse than being crippled is being immobile and having to care for your elderly Grandfather. All while being abandoned by the women who placed you in the hospital and practically took your legs away.



I mean, it's hardly a stretch to say he seeks retribution...Right?
