The overthrow of the Republic is complete. The Separist forces have been smashed, and the Jedi Council nearly decimated, and the rest of the Order all but destroyed. Now absolute power rests in the iron fist of Darth Sidious- the cunning Sith Lord better known as the Senator, now Emperor Palpatine. But more remains to be done. Pockets of Resistance in the galaxy must still be defeated and missing Jedi accounted for... and dealt with. These crucial tasks fall to Darth Vader. In turn, the Dark Lord has groomed a lethal female apprentice entrusted with a top secret mission to comb the galaxy and dispatch the last of her Master's enemies, thereby punctuating the dark side's victory with the Jedi's doom.

Star Wars: Choices of one.

The Stormtrooper's onboard the Death Star had talked about this fight for quite some time. Bets had been placed and none were on the droids. 


Mara Jade's and Ja-ni's lightsabers spun around so much that it made it look like four of were being used. So far the fight was going in Mara Jade's and Ja-ni's favor. 


Mara Jade and Ja-ni was backing the practice droids near a Tie Fighter that had been left on deck. The practice droids jumped onto it and Mara Jade and Ja-ni followed. Mara Jade was slashing her purple lightsaber form the right to the left cutting the droids in half, while Ja-ni was using Force red lightning against them. Vader had taught her well. 


The droids jumped behind Mara Jade and Ja-ni and Mara Jade and Ja-ni spun around to block their attacks but the attacks never came the practice droids slashed through the wing of the Tie Fighter and it fell with Venus with it. It looked as if it would fall on top of Venus but Mara Jade had thrown her purple lightsaber into the air and cut the wing in two so it didn't hit Venus. 


Mara got angry it was time to cheat, for what the practice droids tried to do to her new friend. 


She slowly opened a pouch and jumped up and grabbed another purple lightsaber form the pouch. The practice droids blocked both saber's barely. You never said we could use two lightsabers. Ja-ni said as she activated her other black lightsaber and smiled at her new friend. 


I never said we couldn't either. Mara Jade smiled back. The practice droids tried their best to block all four lightsaber attacks but it was getting harder and harder. Ja-ni and Mara Jade used the Force to grab a piece of the Tie Fighter wing and threw it at the practice droids. 


With the practice droids distracted Venus and Mara Jade dashed towards the practice droids cutting their heads off. The practice droids backed away deflecting Venus's and Mara Jade's attacks. Mara Jade had no other choice she would have to use her ace. 


She had planted a blaster near the battle just in case it didn't look like she and Ja-ni would win. Mara used the Force to aim the blaster and fired. The practice droids fell to the floor, surprised by the attack. And Ja-ni used Force red lightning to destroy the droids. 


After the battle was finished and won, Ja-ni couldn't help herself by hugging her new friend, Mara Jade stayed tense for a couple of seconds before leaning in to hug her new friend as well.
