Aliana was beginning to realize how many people she had to make time for and that number only seemed to grow.

As dinner wrapped up the princess felt a heaviness she hadn't before. Everyone was starting to leave the ballroom and Aliana couldn't wait to go back to her rooms. She stood up and the remaining guests in the dining hall stood as well.  Her suitors looked on eagerly at the chance to walk her to her room.

"Your Grace, will you please walk me to my room?" Aliana asked Tristan.

"Of course, Princess Aliana." Tristan walked over to Aliana and she raised her hand for him to grab. Lucien watched on in loathing, he couldn't help but start to scheme.

"Lady Pryjavna and Lady Louisa, please come to my rooms first thing in the morning," Aliana said before turning to leave the dining hall.

Pryja and Louie looked excited. "Absolutely, Your Highness," Pryja answered for them both.
