After successfully installing every capsule with a Huge screen above them, The seeming supervisor of the workers stood in the middle where the Dean previously made his speech and started talking.

Currently, even dreams got levels, The higher the level the Better, Harder, More Rewarding, Smoother, and More Detailed The path towards completing will be.
Even though Level 17 looks a bit low, The average Level is 10 so 17 is something to be proud of.
The highest level currently is, 87 But that belongs to a person whose story will be recited later.
Now, let us return to Stella's Side, Her Second Dream was, of course, to help her family reach the top it was even evaluated as a level 52 Dream, Quite Unexcepted indeed but Dream Level can be changed according to one's Fate.
And there's another way to change it and that is through Dream Tickets, although very costly it may be worth the cost sometimes the result may even be 10 times worth the cost or more.

Having a High Level not only meant the dream was pretty detailed and that it will go smoothly it also meant that it is a long path and it might take a lot of time and effort but it depends, if her fated person's fate was strong or unworthy of her it might take time to fulfill that dream.
