Chapter 8 First main goal

A year and a half since namek's destruction has passed and broly was the only one from namek that stayed behind. Guru had already passed away due to old age and using up too much energy, so nail, as the strongest, is the leader now. Dende had helped upgrade kami's dragon balls as now they were given three wishes, which they used to wish the rest of the z fighters back to life.

Broly can be seen training by himself on a barren land in with 200x gravity. The reason why broly stayed behind and didn't leave with the namekians to their new planet was because he knew that frieza would survive from his fight with goku and would arrive before goku gets to earth. Knowing that even if frieza arrives, future trunks would finish them off, broly had already planned to do it himself and the place he was training at is where frieza and his dad would arrive at.

About a day later, broly sensed two high ki signatures entering earth's atmosphere. 'It seems that they have arrived'. After those two ki signatures were sensed, broly sensed several other ki signatures, they must be the others. Not long after he saw vegeta, piccolo, etc. Near a hill top by his location. Then he looked up and saw frieza's ship landed also not far from him. The door opened and several of frieza's goons walked out and made a pathway whole frieza and another strong individual came out looking similar to frieza's first form but bigger and taller. Frieza looked horrible as it seemed as those he was put together with spare parts of metal.

Frieza: " ugh, what an ugly planet."

He looked around some more and saw broly. He began to tremble in fear. Although the person before him wasn't the one who killed him, he was someone who did much worse and with ease also.

Broly: " you must be a fool for coming here."

Frieza: "hmph that was then, now that there is another person with slightly stronger strength, do you think you stand a chance?"

Broly wasted no time as he quickly appeared before frieza and blasted him to bits and pieces until there was nothing left. After that, he also did the same to the bigger version of frieza, king cold, who was still astonished as the broly's strength that had quickly dispatched frieza. Broly didn't want to take the chance that king cold might also be able to transform so he went all out with this blast, killing him for good too. After that, he quickly took care of the little minions at the side.

Powering down, broly looked up and saw trunks flying in the air with his sword out.

Broly: " are you with them?"

Again he acted ignorant as really he was not supposed to know who he is.

Trunks: " ahh no no I'm not." Trunks had no idea who the person in front of him was. However, he knew that this person is extremely strong.

Broly smiled and said, "then can I ask your name and why you are here."

Trunks: " Well, I can't tell you my name, but I can tell you that I am waiting for goku, as I have something that I need to tell him."

Gohan and the others gathered together and ran up to then.

Gohan: " but my dad isn't back yet."

Trunks: " in a couple of hours, goku should be arriving over there, come on follow me."

Goha: "what, you know my dad?"

The others still don't know that trunks can turn super saiyan yet so although they were suspicious of this new person, if he knew goku then they might as well see what's he up to.

About 5 hours later, goku's space pod came flying in. Goku's space pod came crashing down into the ground and after a minute, goku stepped out of his power where some weird clothing.

Goku was surprised to see people already waiting for him and said, " oh hey guys, how have you been?"

Gohan and the others all came running up to him to ask where has he been this whole time and what was up with his clothes.

Getting a little impatient, piccolo said, " it's nice to see you well and all, but what the heck goku, we thought you had already finished off frieza."

Goku scratched his head and said, " haha I thought I did too. I saw his ship passed by and was a little worried. If anything else, I was gonna use a new technique that I had learned to come here right away. Anyways, who was the one that dealt with him." Even though he said that, he was looking at broly.

Broly: " hmph, who else but me."

Goku laughed and said, " yeah I kinda figured." He looked at an unfamiliar face and said, " hey who's the new guy."

After that, everybody looked at future trunks.

Trunks: "Hello, goku, can I talk to you alone for a moment. I have something that I need to tell you, which is pretty urgent."

The two walked off into the distance where the rest couldn't hear them talk. As they talked, the group saw goku and trunks turn super saiyan, surprising the group, especially vegeta who gre frustrated at the thought of someone else besides him being a super saiyan. After a light spar, the two powered down as they continued their conversation.

After a few minutes, the two walked back and trunks left back telling them that they will see each other again.

Gohan: " hey dad, what did you two talk about. "

Goku: " hmmm. Nothing too serious."

Piccolo getting angry over goku's casual response, he explained to the about the pair of androids that will be created in the near future that will wipe us out.

After piccolo finished explaing himself, broly felt that he was out of place as he was never part of them in the first place, broly said, " seems like this will be all of your problems, I, however, have my own goals and problems. I only stayed to make sure frieza was dead."

Hearing what broly said, everyone was kinda down about losing a strong member.

Goku: " aww, can't you stay, we could use your strength for future fights, and we could have fun training together."

Broly shook his head, "Thanks but I still have my own plans and goals. And at the moment, only you can keep up with me... just for a bit haha."

Vegeta: 'tch.'

Gohan: " broly, what are you gonna go do, that seems so important that makes you wanna leave so soon."

Broly looked at Gohan, "Frieza came with his father today. I bet there's a whole race of him, good or evil, I'm gonna go kill them all just like how frieza tried to do to us saiyans."

Goku and the z fighters were surprised by his goal.

Goku: " is that really necessary? What if they are not all bad like frieza?"

Broly: " that'll depend on how I feel at the time. Well then, good luck on your future battles. I hope you guys are still around when I visit next time."

Broly then turned around and went to frieza's spaceship and looked back at vegeta and saw some hesitation in his eyes, like he wanted to say something too, but held back. Just like that broly left the group behind to prepare for the androids while broly went to go fight against frieza's race.
