Chapter 19

There wasn't a moment to waste after that night, Blake and Sebastian spend the next two days DMing each other endlessly talking about absolutely everything. Neither wondered why it was so easy and effortless, they got so close so quickly. They didn't shy away from telling each other deep

things they wouldn't normally share. Like why Sebastian really joins youtube with his friends, he grew up with a lot of selfimage

issues, being shy and too introverted to get anything done, Jeb suggested youtube as a way to come out of his shell. Then the fans came and everything changed, his self-esteem grew and he wasn't as shy anymore. Blake told him about losing his mom at a young age and playing football to make his dad happy again, and how he fell in love with the game and has been playing ever since. Sebastian apologizes for making fun of him for being a jock, and Blake apologizes for looking down on skateboarding.

Am I still seeing you tomorrow night? Yeah Dillard's at 8, won't miss it

I'm sorry we couldn't see each other all weekend, but it's really your fault for taking so long to talk to

me

Getting a moment alone with you seems like an Olympic sport... can't blame me for being famous I'm famous? I didn't know

You know what you are

What am I, Blake?

One weekend texting back and forth wasn't that hard, but Blake isn't sure how he'll handle their actual hang. Getting a drink on a Monday night doesn't sound so bad though, it almost sounds innocent. As much as he wants to count this as a date Blake couldn't, it's not a date unless they both agree and he was too chicken to ask what it was.

But here he is in a Lyft on his way to the bar, very ready to put all his charms on the table to make this boy his.

I'm here can't wait to see you

Blake lets out a nervous sigh after reading that text, this boy was doing so much to him without even trying, and he still couldn't explain it.

Why he was so drawn to Sebastian in the first place, why he's falling for a boy and not a girl? Why this boy? This boy who is his polar opposite. Sebastian and Blake didn't have much in common. They don't like the same sports, music, or movies, the last two days talking they couldn't find one thing they both liked, and yet here he is ready to try his best so Sebastian will like him.

Making it to the bar Blake stands outside staring inside through the big glass window, the round tables are filled with friends drinking and having fun, except for one. Sitting alone with his back towards outside Sebastian patiently waits for Blake. Taking in the boy's presence as

Blake steps inside the bar he scans Sebastian from head to toe. Forrest green sweater, baggy of course, jeans cuffed at the ankles and white sneakers, it wasn't anything fancy but god did he look good, Sebastian somehow made a style of comfortable baggy clothes look so good.

When their eyes finally meet as Blake is walking towards him Sebastian smiles, "there you are" "Hey," Blake stops at the table next to the empty stool waiting for him, "hope you weren't waiting

long"

"Nope I wasn't... got you a beer hope that's ok," he pushes the cup towards Blake as he sits on the stool

"Thanks," he picks up the glass taking a sip "This place is so cool, I really like the vibe," "Yeah, I love coming here,"

"I can see why, is this where you take all the girls to get them to fall for you?" Blake doesn't say

anything and Sebastian quickly looks away, staring down at the cup of beer in front of him instead, "Sorry I was just teasing" the boy apologizes

"No it's ok, my friends, and I just come here to get drunk I've never been here with a girl." Sebastian just nods, "so how was your day?"

"Good went to class, then practice, and now we're here. How about you?"

"Pretty much same, I only had one class today the other one got canceled, so I just edited videos for the channel passing time until I got to see you," he smiles with that last bit. "Still can't believe you're a football player, I don't really get along with football players"

"You know many?"

"Just one and he was such a jerk, you're not a jerk are you?" Blake watches the question come out of his mouth, then looks back into his eyes. Sebastian Drake's eyes are enticing, like staring into a pair of doe eyes you never want to hurt or disappoint.

Trying to stay focused and not get too lost gazing at the boy, Blake answers, "depends on who you ask," making Sebastian laugh. Then he adds, "but I'm reformed now leaving the old ways behind me"

"Oh? What brought about this change?" Meeting a cute skateboarder he'd go completely gay for. But Blake just shrugs afraid to answer and say that.

Spending their night in the bar divulging so much more Blake and Sebastian knew enough now, at least Blake does and he's falling harder.

How easy it is to make Sebastian blush, the way he'd tuck his hair behind his ears, and how he'd laugh at absolutely anything Blake said.

Now after a couple of drinks and getting too distracted with each other to realize it's last call, the boys decide it's probably time for them to leave.

Since Sebastian lives the closest Blake offers to walk him home, giving them more time to talk. "No you don't, you do not know magic!" Sebastian exclaims after Blake reveals as their walking "I didn't say I knew magic, I said I knew one trick"

"Well you have to show me now, it's only fair"

"I can't you might fall for me"

He chuckles, "the more reason for you to do it, come on amaze me." Without a reply, Blake reaches in his Jean pocket pulling out a quarter,
