Stand in

She staggered through the crowd in the busy street of LAX, maybe not so busy, maybe her mind was playing games on her, leaning against a palm tree when her head buzzed. Trying to stay in control...then again, what was the point.

The buzzing got louder and louder until she groaned dropping on her knees covering her ears, it was like being in a room full of amplifiers at full power. She threw up. Her head-splitting, where the hell was she? what street, what day was it?.

"Are you okay?" a girl with ginger hair asked reaching out.

"Getaway!" She swung her arm but unfortunately for her they made contact and her whole body started to change shape. The girl trying to help gasped at her face assuming another form, her hair shifted from black to ginger and back.

'Ginger' stepped back frightened by the phenomenon, her eyes rounded at where she was backing away to.

"Hey, get outta the way!" A driver screamed.

"Huh?...." She faced the incoming lights.
