Chapter 8

Writer's pov.

“What you guys are doing?” Aayushi asked with wide eyes taking their attention.

Hearing her voice, Ansh turned around, he was holding a water sprayer which was on and its head faced Aayushi, Making her clothes drenched. Ansh immediately closed the sprayer.

“Ansh,” Aayushi screamed looking at him, giving him glares. Ansh bite her tongue while Aarohi started laughing.

Aayushi looked around in anger, she saw a bucket kept beside her which was full of water. She picked it up and threw the water on Ansh.

"What the" Ansh shouted because of her sudden action. His hand was on his face as he was trying to open his eyes, but the water went inside his eyes making it difficult. He rubbed his eyes and opened them. He looked at Aayushi who was standing there with a guilty face.

She was looking cute with that guilty+scared face. He was angry at her reaction because it went inside his eyes, but seeing her face he forgot all his anger. He turned on the sprayer and said with a smirk.

"Now you are gone," Ansh said. Looking at his face, she understood that he is not angry but now she is gone. Aayushi immediately turned around to leave but Ansh caught her hand.

"Listen Ansh, I am sorry. Leave my hand. I seriously don't want to get wet." Aayushi said looking at him while struggling to take her hand out of his hold. But he was way too stronger than her. Ansh pulled her near him and said. "Aaru, throw that water on her."

"Otak (okay) dady," Aarohi said.

"No baby you won't," Aayushi said but Aarohi took the water sprayer and turned it towards Aayushi making her whole wet. She struggled more to come out of his hold, but his hold on her waist tighten.

Ansh left Aayushi and came in front of her only to see her sighing in anger. Aarohi and Ansh laughed seeing her expressions. While Aayushi smiled a little seeing them happy.

"Ansh, you are too bad," Aayushi said with fake anger. Ansh laughed and said. "Yeah, this is what I am and you have to bear me for your whole life. So again think about it, friend." He said and winked.

Aayushi rolled her eyes and said. "I don't like to change my decision."

"But marrying me was not your decision," Ansh said.

"But being your friend was my decision," Aayushi said in a matter-of-fact tone. Ansh smiled as she said that and Aayushi looked at Aarohi who was standing there still playing with the water sprayer.

"And you naughty girl, you took your dad's side but what about muma, huh?" Aayushi said while keeping both hands on her waist. Aarohi bit her tongue and went near her. She hugged Aayushi's leg and said. "Sholly Muma."

"It's okay, baby," Aayushi said caressing her hair. "Let's go or else you will catch a cold," Aayushi said to Aarohi. And in return, she gave a small pout. "But I walt to play Muma. Pleash."

"Baby, your mum is right, let's go and even we are getting late for Lonavala. Come on let's get ready." Ansh said and picked up a towel and wrapped it around Aarohi.

They changed their clothes and got ready for their small weekend trip. Ansh was wearing shorts and a T-shirt. While Aayushi wore a jeans and a crop top. Nyonika helped Aarohi to get her ready in her jumpsuit and tied her hair in a ponytail.

Aayushi was taking some important things in her handbag like money, card, wipes, mobile when Ansh entered the bedroom and was mesmerized by her beauty. This was the 1st time when she wore western after their marriage and she was looking very stunning.

"Ansh, is there something you want me to carry? This bag still has someplace and I can carry few more things," Aayushi said breaking his trance.

Ansh smiled and said, "Yeah wait a second." He opened the drawer and took out some diapers. He gave it to Aayushi and Aayushi looked at him with a confused face. Ansh saw her expression.

"I have taught her how to use the washroom but Aarohi is very moody. If she is in mood then only she uses washroom or else she doesn't and the journey is of 3 hours and we won't be able to stop in between. So it's good if we keep diapers." Ansh explained.

Aayushi smiled and nodded in yes. She kept that inside her bag and headed towards the living room. They saw Aarohi standing holding Nyonika's hand looking soo cute.

"Let's go, baby?" Ansh asked extending his hand. Aarohi smiled and nodded in yes while holding his finger. Ansh held Aayushi's hand and they left for their trip. Ansh took a driving seat while Aayushi sat beside him. Aarohi sat back as Ansh softly explained to her that journey is long and if she sits on Aayushi's lap then it will hurt her.

Ansh started driving. The weather was cold, cloudy, and beautiful. Aayushi was just looking outside the window, mesmerized by nature's beauty. And Ansh was from time to time looking at her, seeing her beautiful smile.

These feelings were new for Ansh. He never felt so much of peace after seeing anyone's smile except his baby girl. But here, Aayushi's one smile was giving her immense peace. After Soha left him, he completely got himself busy with work and Aarohi.

In those 2 years, he never shared his pain with anyone, He never shared his life with anyone. He did have many dreams of a perfect family with Aarohi and Soha. But everything ruined the day when Soha betrayed him and left them. After Soha left, he never thought about his happiness, his life, his desires.

He just thought about his baby girl's life. But now suddenly that feeling of sharing his life, sharing his pain, his happiness came inside him after Aayushi came into his life.

It's just a few days since Aayushi came into his life. But still, he doesn't want her to go anywhere leaving him and Aarohi. He wants to know about her, he wants to take care of her, even he wants to fall for her. He wants her!

Ansh was smiling while thinking this when Aayushi said. "Smiling without any reason is one of the signs of insanity. Please don't tell me that you are insane and you didn't inform about this to my dad." Aayushi asked in a fake tensed tone to which Ansh laughed.

"You caught me," Ansh said while laughing while Aayushi nodded in disbelief.

"So why were you smiling? Don't tell me you are thinking about your girlfriend." Aayushi said in a mischief tone.

She is like a person who gets open with everyone once she gets comfortable.

"I am not so lucky to have a girlfriend and for your very kind information, I am married. Yeah, I and my wife are just friends but that doesn't mean I betray her. If I will like someone, then I will tell my wife about it." Ansh said as if Aayushi is just his friend.

Aayushi smiled seeing the sincerity in his voice. "You better tell me before," Aayushi warned making him laugh.

Their talk was broken by Aarohi who sat little forwards coming to her parents and said. "Dady, when we will leach (reach)?"

"Baby, more 30 minutes," Ansh said. Aarohi nodded in yes while Aayushi kissed her cheeks.

"Aaru, can I eat your cheeks?" Aayushi asked. Aarohi looked at her as if trying to understand what she means. Aarohi widens her eyes, covered her cheeks, and said. "No muma you can't eat my cheeks."

Aayushi went all aw on her cuteness and said. "Baby please, see your cheeks are soo soft and bubbly," Aayushi said and pulled her cheeks lightly.

"Muma, even youl (your) cheeks are soft," Aarohi said caressing her cheeks. Aayushi held her hand and kissed her knuckles.

"Sho (so) can I also eat your cheeks?" Aarohi asked.

"Okay then, you eat my cheeks and I will eat yours. Done?" Aayushi said. Aarohi looked down as if thinking about this deal. While Ansh was smiling seeing them talking about who will eat who's cheeks.

"Otay, muma," Aarohi said after thinking a lot about this deal. Aayushi giggled. But suddenly Aarohi realized something and asked.

"Who will eat daddy's cheek?" Aarohi asked. Ansh smiled and Aayushi looked at her and said softly. "You baby."

"No muma, I hate beald," Aarohi said. Aayushi and Ansh laughed. "My cute baby," Ansh said.

While Aarohi looked down thinking about the question that who will eat her daddy's cheeks. When she came up with a conclusion.

"Muma, you eat daddy's cheeks otay?" As Aarohi said this, Aayushi's cheeks turned red out of shyness. Ansh smiled seeing her flushed face. Ansh said Aarohi. "No, Aaru I love my cheeks very much. I don't want anyone to eat it."

Aarohi nodded in yes and sat looking out the window. As she saw one waterfall far away on a mountain. Her eyes Twinkled seeing the beauty.

Soon, Ansh parked the car and Aayushi looked around to see a big lake at a little distance where many people were boating. Even there were stalls of of food like pakoda, Pani Puri, maggie making her smile. Aayushi resists eating fast foods as she is a little conscious of her health. But when she comes out with her family, she eats whatever she wants.

Ansh and Aayushi stepped out while Ansh opened the door for Aarohi. She came out and held Ansh's finger. They walked towards the lake.

"Dady this is shooo beaultiful (beautiful)," Aarohi said with wide eyes seeing such a beautiful place.

"Yes indeed," Ansh said.

He looked at Aayushi who was standing beside him. Her hair was falling on her face because of the wind and Aayushi was putting them behind her ears. But again they fell on her face, and this irritated her a lot. So she took a buckle and tied her hair in a bun.

Ansh's smiled faded seeing her hair tied. Aayushi's hairs were long, black and shiny. He liked her open hair. Ansh went near her ears and whispered.

"Please don't tie your hair. They look beautiful when they are kept open." Ansh whispered sending chills down her veins. She looked at him and saw him pleading with eyes. She took her hand and Untied her hair making him smile. While she blushed as she sense his intense gaze.

Aayushi knew that Ansh is a very nice person or else she would have never accepted his friendship. She wants to give this relationship a chance.

She never thought that she will be able to accept him, but now slowly it's happening. Still, many things are in her head. She has many questions in her head. She wants to know everything about him, she wants to understand him. She wants to clear all her doubts and fear.

"Let's sit there for sometimes and then we will go boating," Ansh said to Aayushi while pointing towards a bench. Aayushi nodded and they walked towards it.

"Daddy, I walt to play?" She said showing them her ball.

"Okay baby go but stuck in here. You know daddy doesn't like when you go far away." Ansh said the last line in a little serious tone. Aarohi nodded and said. "Don't (don't) wolly (worry) daddy. I love you." She kissed his cheeks and went a few steps away from there and started playing with her ball.

While Ansh and Aayushi were enjoying the beautiful weather. There was a lake which was surrounded by mountains and clouds spread over the tip of mountains, and chilly winds flowing.

"Ansh, I want to know more about you," Aayushi said.

Ansh looked at her and asked. "What you want to know?"

"Everything," Was the word she said.

Ansh smiled and said. "Then ask me,"

"Not now some other day," Aayushi said.

"I know Aayushi everything is very new for you and trust me it's even new to me. Even I want to know everything about you." Ansh said with a smile.

Aayushi looked at Aarohi and saw her. Then she looked at Ansh and said. "Ansh, you are a very good person. I can't even imagine my life if you were a person with bad intentions." Aayushi said.

"Aayushi, I respect everyone's thoughts. I respect you and all your decisions. I am not in hurry, take your time and think about this relationship. And remember one thing I will always be your friend whether you accept me as your husband or not," Ansh said.

Aayushi smiled and said. "I am happy to get a friend like you."
