Blackmail

(Ashdeer POV)

Ashdeer bounced behind Aranus towards the camp. The village was set up in a valley, within the Kush mountains, nestled hidden away from prying eyes, under the mists. Aranus hailed from the village and often spent time here, but Ashdeer had not come here much. As he walked towards the stone hut he asked Aranus, "What are we doing here? I'm very curious."

Aranus pushed open the wooden door and said, "I have a surprise for you. A wonderful surprise that you will love."

Ashdeer raised his eyebrows and said, "Lead the way my friend."
