Azriel woke the next morning to see Aria waiting upon her. She smiled at her with delight and said, "Aria you are back?"

Aria skipped towards Azriel and have her a hug.

"I am so happy to be back Lady Azriel. I was so unhappy there at the hutments. I missed you...'

Azriel hugged her back, feeling her small bones under her hands. She felt a pang for the girl, but she smiled and said, "I hope you brought some extra broth. I am very hungry today."

Aria grinned and nodded and said, "Lady Azriel. I will run and get it from the kitchens. They all are only speaking of your betrothal. We are all so hopeful that things will change once you are here. Everyone only speaks of Kali in whispers. Is it true she is gone?"

Azriel placed her finger on her lips and said, "Shuhhhhh. enough prattle Aria. Go and get me meal."
