39. Survive In Silence.

When Jeon Ji Hoon came out of the cafe where Jung Ki worked at a small cafe, the beautiful man walked to his campus again and returned to finish his studies.

Seeing how Jung Ki works, seeing how that guy has a friend Ji Hoon hates him. He is not happy to see him.

How Jung Ki always makes friends, people who always sympathize with him, and many more.

Ji Hoon intends to have a good talk with Jung Ki, the man even waits for Jung Ki to finish work and has to wait almost two hours just to meet and talk one-on-one with Jung Ki. Unfortunately, when Ji Hoon was about to walk towards his cousin, the man was intercepted by the same person who had been close to his cousin.

Min Yoon Seok.

A good man who always drove Jung Ki home from work even a few times he had to get angry from his father and ended up the same.

The man is very loyal, a friend before Jung Ki lost his parents, it seems, because until now after almost seven years Jung Ki is still with this man.

He sees the argument between the two men, leading to Jung Ki ending up joining and Ji Hoon failing to speak eye-to-eye with Jung Ki.

It doesn't always end the same. However, it is always Jung Ki who has a pathetic ending. Ji Hoon, who ended up returning home alone after being willing to wait for Jung Ki to come home, finally had to regret his good intentions.

"It's good I didn't do this," he muttered regretfully doing good with his angelic intentions lately. "Jeon Jung Ki is still an unlucky man who will always trouble me. It's my fault because I lowered my ego just to apologize, stupidly it was all just a toy mask that Jung Ki put on for me." Ji Hoon walks alone on the road, the highway is still quiet but there are still cars passing by but Ji Hoon is still busy walking towards his house.

It looks like his father is going to scold him today, and it ended because of Jeon Jung Ji.

Doesn't his father know that Ji Hoon is just a man who wants the same affection from his father before the little boy came?

A little boy who has now become a grown man with a very sweet and manipulative face.

The journey was long enough at last Ji Hoon arrived at the last alley to enter his house. The man walked with a heavy sigh because he saw the headlights of his house were still on and there was his father sitting with a cup of warm coffee with his mother accompanying him.

Jeon Jung Ki hasn't come home yet, and Jeon Ji Hoon hasn't arrived yet. How could they have calmed down if the two sons had not yet arrived home by one o'clock in the morning.

Ji Hoon walks towards the main door and sees his father and mother getting up to welcome him home. Unfortunately it's just the mother, not with the father.

"Did you stop by for a drink first?" asked his father sarcastically making Ji Hoon sigh heavily just glancing at his mother, he hugged his mother to hide behind his mother.

"You just got home? Are you really tired?" She asked a little more subtly and looked very different from what her father had asked her. "Don't be too hard on him, he worked hard today. Don't make him more tired by responding to your stubborn attitude that you always take out on him," his mother scolded her father.

"Anyone knows at eleven o'clock at night he was at home the day before. Why did he only arrive at one o'clock in the morning when he was supposed to---"

"Don't make me angry just because you keep defending your nephew, my husband!" The woman rebuked a little harder than before to put a limit on a father not to hurt his son any further. "What? Why is it always Jung Ki, he doesn't say anything!"

"You always defend him, it's his fault. If you are fair to Jung Ki and Ji Hoon I'll be fine," he replied, making Ji Hoon let go of his mother's embrace and end the quarrel between his mother and father.

"I'm sorry if I came home late, daddy." The man walked into the house to take a shower and get ready for bed. No excuses and no chance to explain. His father will always be the same. The man will end up the same.

The more Ji Hoon talks, the more he will be blamed and blamed by his father. So better go to his room, or he'll hear his mother and father's fighting escalate.

"Are you glad your son pulled away from you?"

"I didn't mean to."

"But you did."

"Listen to me, my question wasn't rude at all. I'm just asking for her responsibilities as a child to---"

"Then you?"

"This is what I'm saying, you always hold Ji Hoon responsible to be your son, but you forget the fact that you are also a bad father to him."

"Wait for your nephew himself, and forget about us!"

The woman walked into the house and intended to enter her son's room.

He knew very well when his son was crying in his room, his father's treatment always made his spoiled son even more fragile. She is strong and sturdy, but her husband continues to break everything with the death of a bad father.

The woman knocked on Ji Hoon's door, how many times did his son get an answer. But instead of a sound, the woman could only hear the key to the open room door not being locked anymore. "Mom comes in, Ji Hoon." The woman knocked on the door of her son's room briefly and opened her son's room.

And sure enough, Ji Hoon was sitting by the closet with his legs folded and his head bent in the folds of his hands resting on his knees.

"Are you crying?" asked the woman when she saw her son just silent, a mother walked without hesitation to approach her son who continued to be silent and buried his face in his hands.

"Listen, mom, this is all just a moment dear. It won't be long and forever, just be patient a little longer." The woman kept reassuring her son that things would not end as terrible as his son had imagined.

"Yes?" Ji Hoon asked with his face out as he was exhausted and could only cry silently in his room. Only his mother knows everything, and his little man always does the same. "I promise you."

Ji Hoon sighed heavily, he was relieved but he was also burdened, this time he just hugged his mother tightly. "What can I do?" Ji Hoon asked with his tears intact.

"Survive in silence." Ji Hoon is stunned and again gets the same answer from his mother. "All of that almost killed me." Ji Hoon told the truth.

When his father always compares him, when his father always thinks Jung Ki is the most perfect when his father always praises Jung Ki, and when all his father's attention is devoted to Jung Ki.

Ji Hoon lost everything, everything. He doesn't get his father even though he ends up having to side with his mother so that she will continue to be there for him.

Enough to share a room with Jung Ki, enough to share a house with Jung Ki, and enough to share Jung Ki's parents. .ji Hoon won't be able to survive well if Jung Ki has other things and doesn't end up the same as Jung Ki who has everything.

"Mommy, do I have to die first so that father will pay attention to me even at the end of my death?" The sad question that the woman asked for him was able to make a mother's feelings cut, she smiled faintly and hugged her son tightly.

"Take a shower, you are very tired." The woman kissed her son's forehead and walked out of her son's room to return to her room. He didn't mean to hurt anyone at all, but Ji Hoon always positioned himself as a villain when she didn't do anything even to take sides.

"I didn't mean that at all," he mumbled once he was in his room and crying silently as his son does every time he endures everything.

Returning to Ji Hoon, the man walked out of his room after taking a shower. He wants to talk to her father about Jung Ki.

At least until the old man found out and realized who he was waiting for until almost three in the morning.

"Dad," Ji Hoon calls out as he stands in the house but it's clear that only the door divider is open to speaking. "Daddy wants to talk to you."

Ji Hoon chuckled and walked closer to his father, the man took his mother's place while waiting for his return earlier. "Me too," he decided.

This time the two of them started to sit down to talk about what the two of them had wanted to say for a long time. "Your mother spoiled you so much that you became a spoiled child. I don't want to praise Jung Ki, but you always hide behind your mother only when dad is angry."

"This is not the way to be a responsible man, Ji Hoon my son." .the man said honestly what he wanted to say, and know it.

Ji Hoon, who always hides tears from his father, will look spoiled and weak when this fragile Ji Hoon sheds his tears in front of his father.

"Yes, blame me for giving me love only when I was a teenager. I lost my daddy after a stranger came to my house with the help of the police and managed to force my daddy to sympathize only with him."

"Dad, I wasn't jealous of the start on Jeon Jung Ki. But seeing how dad defended him so desperately made me feel like I lost my dad completely. You're not my dad, you're a stranger since Jung Ki's birth, dad." Ji Hoon took a deep breath, he stood up wanting to go back to his room.

"Jeon Ji Hoon!!"

"Your screams don't even sound clear to me anymore, father. You've gotten used to your unfair treatment of your son and for your nephew's sake. Just so you know, I even regret being born with irresponsible sperm." Ji Hoon returns to his room even when his father calls him.

Ji Hoon doesn't care. He's been deaf to his father since Jung Ki's arrival at his house.
