What!?

Andrew kept complaining about being bored at home and asked me to take off too. I was already doing it because of Michael but still just to tease him I said no.

"Come on, I'm the boss and I'm asking you to not go." Is he seriously whining?

"But I have-"

"I'm calling myself and telling them that you're not coming." He was about to take his phone but I remembered something, I haven't deleted his father's call from recent records.

"I will do it myself!" He gave me a weird look but sat back and stared at my face making me uncomfortable.

"Umm, you should lay down." Nodding he did the same.

"Are you still mad?" I was about to walk out of the room but turned to look at him.

Truthfully, I didn't know what to say, I do feel hurt that he still believes Catherine more than me but strangely I wasn't angry.

Shrugging my shoulders in uncertainty I ambled out of his room.

"How are you?" I smiled at my husband's father.

"I'm good, how about you?"

"I'm great, what about my son? How is the feeling now?" He sounded worried. Seems like Andrew don't know much about his father because he said that his dad doesn't care about his health or happiness but I don't think it's true.

"How about you ask this himself?" Making him follow me, we both walked to the room where my spouse was laying on the bed.

Hearing our footsteps he looked up fastly just be shocked after seeing his father and standing up at the speed of lightning.

"Father, what are you doing here?"

"You should lay down." He was shocked because of dad change behavior, I can see that nonetheless, he laid down without a word.

"How are you?" The old man looked around to see if there is anyone else in the room but when he didn't saw anyone except the two of us, he smiled. Odd, that was what he was acting.

"I want to talk about something...." He signed me to take a seat and just when I was about to settle down on the chair Andrew hold my hand and made me sit beside him.

"This is for both of you...." He handed an envelope to me.

"Both of yours ticket to Paris." My eyes bulge out, Paris? Are you kidding me? Never thought I would be going to any place other than the park near my home ( by the home she means where she lived with her family before coming to Andrew's house).

"But-"

"You both are going there for two weeks." His father continued not letting the male beside me say anything.

"I have a lot of work here." I have gotta say, my husband's lie wasn't good.

"I'm sending both of you there for work, the first week will be gone in attending the meeting and doing other work. The second week for both of you to enjoy there." He smiled at both of us.

"But I told ya I don't wanna-" I started but the old guy glare halted me.

"Let's take outside, dear." With a polite, he took me out of the room with him.

"I told you it's a no..." I made a cross with my hand, "for going on honeymoon."

He laughed at my irritated expression and then patted my head. Why is he so opposite of what my spouse says about him.

"Didn't you said Catherine is being a problem between both of you?" He whispered to me on which I nodded.

"It's a good opportunity to know each other. I can't show him how much I care about my son but you can. make him smile and teach him how to live a happy life. You both will live together for all of your life." Wrong just for two years, but I stopped myself from saying it and just shook my head in yes.

"Very well, start packing for 'honeymoon then." He especially empathized on that certain word.

Rolling my eyes I smiled and strolled with him to the main door.

"Bye." It seems like I have to change Andrew's mind about his father, he seems a nice person.

Let's see if this trip will be good or bad for us, I have this feeling that something big will happen there.
