When Lu Ping heard of what happened to Gu Ning, she instructed one of the employees before she went to check up on Gu Ning.

"Come in.." She heard Gu Ning's voice.

She opened the door and saw Gu Ning trying to pull herself up from the bed.

Lu Ping quickened her pace and assisted her, letting her sit up against the headboard.

"How are you feeling?" She asked as she took a seat.

"I'm feeling much better. Doctor Bai was just here to give me another bowl of medicine."

Lu Ping nodded. "That's good. What happened though?"

"I ate too quickly and too much, I suppose.."

"Aiyah–you have to be careful. You don't usually do that."

"Yeah–" Gu Ning blushed. "I was in a hurry."

"For what? You have enough time to eat with ease during break time."

Gu Ning's blush deepened. "Just something."
