Chapter 106 - He Took Your Innocence

The man arrogantly ignored his question and instead stepped closer as he stuffed his gun behind his back. "If you're from the auction then your business is with me, not his father."

"But if you're not..." he continued in a threatening tone, "Then you better go away before you regret it."

As the man approached closer, the old man immediately pulled the boy behind his back and shielded him. 

"Tell me where this kid's father is." The old man ordered once again, the pressure in his tone grew stronger as he squeezed the handle of his walking stick.

Despite the tension between them, the music was nonetheless deafening inside the bar.

It masked every sound coming from outside, especially the painful grunts and cries of the ongoing slaughter.

"Why are you looking for his father? What did that brat do?" The man asked.
