Ryley squinted his eyes, the strong air engulfing her figure sent chills down his spine. Her powerful aura, however, strangely felt familiar for Ryley that he almost thought he knew her somehow.

The blond shook his head and reminded himself that he must have been imagining it. He had no idea who the woman in the black veil was, nor why her presence exerted such a great dominion that he felt threatened but at the same time blessed, as if seeing a literal goddess walking on this earth. 

His attention then got distracted by the pregnant woman who came out of the other side of the car, her enlarged belly showed that she seemed to be in her last trimester and could go into labor anytime soon.

The blond wasted no time and carefully tailed the two women as they entered the abandoned building escorted by a man dressed in a guard attire.
