Chapter 610 - Twisted Reality

His figure draped in designer trench coat looked majestic still despite the cute lunchbox in his hands. 

After all, it wasn't exactly the meeting with Nathan that brought him here. Rather... it was because of the little pumpkin whom he had promised to bring her favorite snack—the few homemade chicken teriyaki burgers he had painstakingly made earlier this morning.

A soft breeze blew past his figure as he stared at parents playing with their children. But then the light in his brown eyes unknowingly dimmed, followed by regrets that flooded his chest in no time.

It took him a while to recover from the flash of painful memories in his mind that nearly made him shed his tears.
