Military School

The reason why Aiden was so confused was because in fact he was not 16 he was 23. The man said it displayed his age but it isn't displaying it properly.

'Why does it say 16? I know my own age, I'm 23. Kayda, do you have any clue as to why it says 16?'Confused, I decided to rely on the one other person I could talk to.

'No I have no idea. from what you told me you're definitely someone older than 16, beats me' she says in a cheery confused voice.

"Poison Resistance level 2 (12%)" out of nowhere the system pops up informing me that my poison resistance is increasing.

'I smell something sweet... what the hell!!??' I think to myself standing up and looking around the room, my eyes darting left and right trying to find the source for the pop up and smell.

"Poison Resistance level 2 (24%)"

" Hey!!! Why are you guys trying to poison me again!!!??? Hey!!! " I start slamming on the door.

"How did he know that he was being put to sleep? The gas is supposed to be odorless.... Jay! Increase the dose so he doesn't hurt himself" The man watching from the side calls out to his assistant.

Jay just nods his head turning the knob on the dash more to the right turning up the amount of gas going in.

"It's supposed to take a couple hours. We will just increase it to instant so we don't have to deal with him. We have a spare Tracer available to take him there right now. So let's hurry this up." he says as Jay turns the knob max.

"Poison Resistance level 2 (93%"

"Poison Resistance level 3 (20%)"

"Hey why are you ma...king.... I..t '' Aiden collapses in front of the door with his poison resistance still increasing.

A loud sound could be heard as a vent opened from the roof, sucking all the gas out and replacing it with oxygen.

"Good to go load him up!" the man says, opening the door to the room.

At base 13's loading pad a Small tracer could be seen landing. Looking at the ship land through a window was a dwarf looking man with a big bushy beard and long hair tied up in a bun.

"Welcome to my class Mr. Aiden, let's hope your not as bad as the others." he says walking away from the window

"Alright, load him into his room! I wanna be home for dinner tonight!" the man says motioning the other workers to move him.

The Next Day....

"Hey!" a hand goes to reach Aiden but before it could reach him his eyes popped open and grabbed his wrist, twisting it making the person fall to their knees.

"WHO SENT YOU!!!??" I yelled at him still having a firm grip on his hands not noticing a slight black smoke rising from the palm of my hand. Almost invisible to the human eye. But the person on the ground saw it.

"Stop, stop please I don't know what you're talking about. My name is Oscar!! Please let go. No one sent me!! I attend the school same as you!!!" Oscar pleads as the smokes starts to burn him

"School?" I let go of his arm and looked around to where I'm at. Noticing 2 other students staring at me with their hands out, but not in a fighting stance, like they were just holding their hands out with their palms facing me.

"That's right, I was sent to military school..." I bow slightly

" I Apologize for my behavior earlier. I hope we can get along ''I say looking down at Oscar rubbing his wrist. I reach my hand out to help him up, causing him to flinch a little.

"The names Aiden. I believe your name was Oscar? " pulling him up back on his feet. He stares at me shyly

"Ahhrrr, yes my names Oscar" he says shaking my hand but I couldn't help but notice the black mark on his wrist

"Names Jake hope we can have a good year." One of the other kids holds out his hand. I take his hand and shake it. then looking at the other kid. I hold out my hand

"Terry." he says ignoring my handshake and walking out the room.

Ignoring him unfazed, I looked over at Oscar as Jake was already walking out the door.

"Come on, you don't want to be late for the first day do you?" He says patting my shoulder noticing the black mark again but when he touched me a system message popped up

"Human Infected (4%)"
