Rage Against The Neon Horizon

1996. The Earth experienced two catastrophic events known as "GICBM" and "LSICBM". From the ashes of the Old World, the survivors of humanity have built a new civilization that they have named "Neo-Arche", located in the vicinity of what used to be called "The Near East". A half-human, half-cybernetic entity named "Metallica" is wanted by the Neo-Arche government because of its dangerousness and the technology used to create it. Metallica has always escaped. She recently has returned to "Eras", the city where she was created, in order to accomplish what she was programmed to do: destroy an entity known as "Prime Core: Chariot". It is then that she meets an unexpected person, a certain "Saigou Mitsugi" gifted with the [Soul of Azi Dahaka], the three-headed demon and thus, embodying a duality of good and evil.
