Chapter 20: New villa.
Area 8, villa 10
The villa which was bought by Mr. Agrawal was way better that the one he currently lived in. The villa no. 10 which was the most expensive villa in whole area 8, but no one would buy it because they didn't want to live in a villa as expensive as that which is located in the mid - rich estates.
Ashok wasn't aware of this but he got the villa for free so he wouldn't mind even if he knew such a thing. The villa was also bought by the personal funds of Agrawal so it didn't affect the shares he had.
The money which was given to Ashok were also from personal funds, even though losing such a large amount Mr. Agrawal still had about 200 million left.
Ashok arranged his stuff to be moved to the villa.
He was at the door of his villa and he ordered 'door open'.
The doors opened, the villa is expensive not because of its architecture but because of its technological value.

Ashok had bought a lot of stuff for his new villa, he was basically going to live alone, for this reason he hired few maids as well as cooks to take care of the villa.
He set up a room for his study, as his exams are near in just a week he would have his exams he had decided to put this time in studies.
