Walking Nightmare

"Hᴏɴᴇʏ! Hᴏɴᴇʏ!". She screamed, running towards him.

Jason looked up, sighting the lady running towards him.

"hey! Hey! Don't let her come any closer!", he growled, getting up from where he sat.

His bouncers quickly blocked her way, as she screamed to be released.

"Honey!". She kept on screaming, as they pulled her away.

Jason had run inside his van on seeing her.

"we took her away!". His bouncers informed.

He poked his head from his window, scanning around with his eyes.

"You sure?". He asked, even after checking. He didn't want to take any chances.

"yes sir!". The bouncer replied. He breathed in and out before stepping out of the van.

    How'd he know her?

Jason is a member of a rock band, a rock star, simply put.

It happened on his last concert. He had started performing with his team, when someone climbed on the stage, screaming how much she loves him and even pulled his shoes...

The bouncers succeeded in taking her away. The concert went normally...

He went back stage with his team. While they were all resting in their V.I.P room, someone crept in.

He was seated in a couch as he gulped in some water when someone hugged him...or should I say held him by the neck.

"awwn, you are so cute up close!". She said. He had freaked out then....and that's how she kept on appearing...like a walking nightmare.

"Dude! Heard some noises, something wrong?". Max asked as he approached him. The rest of the team, Kate, Blake, and Marcus followed behind.

"Yea, what took you guys so long? Thought you'd be back sooner?". He grumbled.

"Chill dude. We didn't even take more than ten minutes". Max replied.

"so what happened?". Kate asked calmly as they all stepped into the van.

"that crazy bitch. She came again and...". He paused as he heard chuckling.

"are you laughing? For real?". He asked as he tuned looking at each one of them.

Kate couldn't suppress her laughter anymore, so she burst out...

"am sorry!". She said amidst laughing.

"isn't that his potential lover that took his shoes?". Max asked

"then showed up in our room, holding onto him?".Kate added, still laughing.

"and....".

"first of all, she's not my potential wife, and yeah, she is the one am talking about. Stop making a jest, am serious here!". He cut Katie short as she was about saying more.

"dude, its funny. C'mon!". Max said, and Jason immediately shot him a glare.

The van arrived at their mansion. They all alighted and walked in. Max noticed that Marcus had been quiet all through. He was the quiet and calm one though, but this time, it felt different.

"dude!". He tapped Marcus. "something wrong?". He asked.

"heartbreak!". Kate whispered at max, and he nodded.

Marcus had been dating this girl, Evelyn for two years now, and for the past two months, they've been having issues, so somehow, the whole team expected it...It wasn't really a surprise.

Max tapped him lightly at the back, then walked ahead of him, entering inside.

Jason went to his room, and threw himself on the bed. He was exhausted, and even more because of ...her!

He doesn't even know her name, and he doesn't even care to know..

He breathed out, pulled off his shoes and clothes, then strode into his bathroom.

As he finished bathing, he noticed his phone beeping, so he walked over drying his hair as he did, then picked up his phone.

His mum was calling. He let out a slight sigh before picking.

"yeah mum?".

"darling, you promised..".

"yea yea, I know. I was just busy!".

"ya dad is back. He wants to see you!". He rolled on hearing that.

"why?". He asked.

"what do you mean by why? He is your dad you know, so you better come over for dinner! ".

"now? But...".

"Jason!".

"ugh, fine fine. I'll be there for dinner". He replied and cut the call before she demands for more.

He walked into his closet and picked a casual outfit, and face mask then walked downstairs

"going somewhere?". Kate asked, coming out of the kitchen..not like she could cook.

"yea..family stuff!".

"oh, I get. Go!". And with that, he walked outside.

He walked inside the underground parking lot and entered his Porsche 911, then drove off.

           Financial District

Hearing the name alone would give you an insight of people who live here. It is a neighbourhood for rich, wealthy people.

He drove in the neighbourhood, admiring the great view, architecture, tall glassy buildings...wow.

He finally arrived at the skyscraper his parents lived in. He drove in and parked before alighting. His mum stood, leaning on a pillar waiting for him. Immediately he stepped out of his car, she walked over to him and pulled him in for a hug.

He hugged her back, but stiffened on seeing his father...

"welcome!". His mum said, smiling. He gave her a small smile, eyes still fixed on his father until he walked inside.

"come!". He mum practically pulled him as they walked in...

The dining was set, varieties of food and drinks.

"seat!". His mum offered and he did.

"Jason!". His dad called out softly.

He looked up, staring at him in the eyes. He didn't respond, but either ways, his father continued.

"you came. Thought you'd portray your stubborn attitude as usual.. Seems you have began to have some sense". Jason clenched his fists on hearing him. His mum noticed, and placed her hands on his to sooth him. "Oh, welcome dear! You came...".  His father said, and they all turned to see...

Jason's expression hardened the more. Kira. His so-called fiancée.

"dad!". He stood up, immediately she approached them.

"seat son. Seat!". He said in an authoritative tone.

Jason was stopping himself cause his eyes somehow met with his mum's pleading eyes. He sat down reluctantly.

Kira had already taken a seat opposite him, smiling like a peacock. She flashed a smile at Jason, but he ignored.

"Your fiancée... Kira, you've not been paying attention to her, nor given her your time. I want you to two to know each other!".

"i don't have time for all those dad! "..he replied, through gritted teeth.

"then make out time. I asked you to take over my company, but no. You chose to join your silly group, singing rubbish!".

"people love the rubbish!". He retorted.

"Jason!". His father called out. He was giving him an obvious warning that he's crossing the line, but Jason didn't seem to care.

He stood up, and gave his a mum a *am sorry mum, but I can't take it any more* look before walking away.

Cessa baby! ;-)
